This obliterates all "Glowing Dots" seen in "Social Bunny".

I mean to destroy all annoying UI effects.

To that end, I have created a collection of standalone "SGFX Overrides" and "SGFX Patches". To remove all annoying UI effects from your game, you must mix and match my standalone "SGFX Overrides" and my "SGFX Patches".

I know this is a little complicated, but merging these overrides is a recipe for disaster.

THESE SGFX PROJECTS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE:

This modifies the following "Scale Form GFX" resources:

  • SocialMedia -- Define UI elements in Social Bunny.

This is fully compatible with the following third-party mods:

  • Better BuildBuy

  • More Traits in CAS

  • UI Cheats Extension

I have no idea what third-party mod this might conflict with. Let me know if you find one!

To the Patreon member who mention the "Glowing Dots" in "Social Bunny" and informed me about the existence of the "Social Bunny NotifDot Override Mod" [๐ŸŒ] by "BlackMoon Workshop" [๐ŸŒ]. You know who you are!

I avoid "Social Bunny" like the plague because it was a broken mess on release, causing sims to gain romance with everyone, including family members, and their dogs, so I completely forgot there were "Glowing Dots" in it.

Unfortunately, it appears that "BlackMoon Workshop" has retired. ๐Ÿ˜ฟ

This standalone "SGFX Override" is not an "XMODTko" of "BlackMoon Workshop's" mod.

Theirs was a "Tuning" override.

Mine is a "Scale Form GFX" override.

This ZIP archive contains a "#Sej" folder and sub-folder for better mod organization.

  • 1๏ธโƒฃ EXIT the game.

  • 2๏ธโƒฃ DOWNLOAD the ZIP archive.

  • 3๏ธโƒฃ OPEN or EXTRACT the ZIP archive.

  • 4๏ธโƒฃ DRAG 'N DROP or MOVE the "#Sej" folder into the following folder:

    • Documents ยป Electronic Arts ยป The Sims 4 ยป "Mods"

  • 5๏ธโƒฃ Choose "Replace the file in the destination" if prompted to "Replace or Skip Files":

  • 6๏ธโƒฃ LAUNCH the game.
