Last Sword Miniatures

September marks our 69th month on Patreon. Looking back to when we first started—releasing just five or six miniatures in an entire month—reaching this point feels almost unbelievable. That journey has only been possible thanks to your ongoing enthusiasm, patience, and support. This month brings tog

Welcome to the final September preview for Last Sword Miniatures. After exploring our infantry lines, command figures, and specialized support units across the previous weeks, we are closing the month's reveals with the last three additions to the lineup: the Greek Temple, the Dwarf Cannons, and the

Welcome to the first preview for September! Here is an early look at what we are preparing across our three tiers. The Adventurer: Athenian Strategos While drawing clear inspiration from Athens, this Strategos is designed with enough flexibility to lead any Greek city-state army. The Bannerman: Dwar

This month, we immerse ourselves in a display of steel, engineering, and discipline. While the legions secure the Limes of the Empire, the dwarven clans close their ranks with the strength of their oaths and the fire of gunpowder. February marks the end of some chapters and the beginning of others:

We conclude this great month dedicated to the Dwarfs in the Bannerman tier. Following our veterans, the ingenuity of the Globo, and the legend of Kalbrak Grunzad, we close the release with the gunpowder of the clans and a figure that embodies the tenacity of the rock. 🔱 THE BANNERMAN – THE FINAL OA

"We don't need sighing gears or smoke-spewing engines. Give me root-wood, cave-beast leather, and a pilot who doesn't fear the storms, and I will give you mastery of the skies." This update celebrates artisanal ingenuity, prioritizing a traditional design that fits perfectly into a medieval and robu

As the winter frost clings to the peaks, the sound of rhythmic hammering echoes from the deep vaults. This month, we honor the masters of stone and steel with the first part of our Bannerman release. A tribute to the heart of the dwarven hosts: their runic craftsmen and their most battle-hardened wa

We’ve reached the end of November! Here are the last releases to complete our dwarven drop: Dwarf Catapult (dual setup) One kit, two configurations to tell the whole scene: firing (arm released, stone in flight) and loading (winch, ammo cart, crew at work). Build either—or swap between both on your

I start the shift in the workshop. Inspection of men and mechanisms: taut strings, clean triggers, each bolt heavy and calibrated. We ascend to the parapet, the watch is set without a sound. Two light strips to gauge the tunnel currents, three marks carved into the stone for distances. I assign sect

The recruit arrived with his family mask—the face of Hadrik Highbridge—wrapped in burlap. In the Zralkûrn corridor the line was already formed. “Who takes the center?” he asked. The veteran glanced toward the mouth of the tunnel: cohort banners, none bearing the royal device. “See for yourself,” he

We’re pushing ahead with the Iron Legion. We’ve kept the Royal Guard–style armor and added Ancestor Masks to emphasize the solemn, ancestral character of the unit. The shields will keep this shape, but the final version will be more ornate—more relief and detailing to really pop on the table. Thanks

Meet our new duo from the northern marches of Avernia: Dûrgrim, a dwarf marked with the broken echo after shattering an oath, and Aldric Virell, a mercenary whose ledger eats better than his conscience. They’ll be the Q4 loyalty rewards—lore + minis designed for gritty, grounded battlefields where d

Hey everyone! We're getting ready to decide which Dwarf regiments will be part of the next wave… and we want your input! This time we’ll be adding several new units, so it's the perfect moment to bring your ideas to the table. Think solid infantry, veteran warriors, ranged troops, elite guards, or s

"Rock yields to patience and steel. We bring both." — Common saying among the Sappers. The Dwarven Sappers are the silent spearhead of the Murnazdruld, the forgers of the paths their brethren will tread in war. Though heirs to a deep mining tradition, their current labor is that of the military engi

Not all dwarves find honor in death; some, like Khargrun, bear the shame of surviving when their kin fell. After seeing his unit annihilated in the western tunnels, he faced no trial, only the cold contempt that freezes the soul. That very night, Khargrun became "Skullclaw." For each fallen comrade,

There’s no glory in pushing a cart uphill. No songs sing of its arrival. But without it, no bastion holds, no tunnel is dug, and no bolt is fired. The supply carts of Murnazdruld aren't built to impress — they’re built to last. Made of thick wood, reinforced with iron plates and covered with canvas

As Tharnûl of Karz-Morûn, I watched them from the other side of the tunnel with a scowl. They were the escort for Karn-Vâruk's envoy, and everything about them was an insult to tradition. Ten dwarves, barely armed with leather harnesses and pieces of metal, like gladiators ready for the pit. Their a

"Where the dragon's fire burns, the stone must speak louder." — Brômdar Khezzûl, Forge Master of Kar-Gundrak The Engineers of the Karnrûn are a brotherhood born from humiliation: the dwarven answer to the dragon fire that melted their fortresses during the Elven War. Their tradition began with Kalin

Anglo-Saxon Ceorls & Dwarf Bolt Thrower This month, we've been working on two very different releases—but both have brought a lot of joy, each in their own way. On the historical side, we’ve expanded our range with a new set of Anglo-Saxon Ceorls. These aren’t elite warriors. No heavy armor, no exag

"No king rules if his law is not carved in stone." — Fragment of the Code of Brokhaz This month on The Bannerman, we return to the stone halls to bring you a new collection of dwarven miniatures. Warriors, engineers, and war machines forged to preserve the legacy of a people who have carried their t

Hello everyone, We wanted to share a quick note regarding the Dwarves we released recently. When preparing the files, we made a mistake with the scale, and the miniatures ended up smaller than originally intended. The issue has now been fixed! We've increased the scale by 10%, so the models now matc

Welcome to this month’s release! In January 2025, we bring you the strength and tradition of the Dwarves alongside the intensity and glory of Roman combat. From the majestic Dwarven realms to the fiery sands of the arena, each miniature tells a unique story, rich in detail and crafted to inspire epi

To wrap up the month, here are the final Dwarven characters, which we haven't even shown you yet. First, we have a young Dwarf Lord, wearing his late father’s armor, which is still a bit too big for him. You’ll also notice that the heraldry on his belt doesn’t feature a beard yet—his own hasn’t grow

Here you have the clan warriors with their different options: hand weapons and shield, spears, and dual hand weapons. As you can see, their helmets feature gorgets shaped like mustaches, serving as a personal heraldic emblem. The shields are inspired by Romano-Gallic cultures, but with a unique twis

Hi everyone, Here is our Royal Dwarven Guard unit, equipped with plate armor and mighty two-handed hammer-axes. I’d like to draw your attention to the banners, which consist of two distinct pieces. The geometric carvings symbolize the beard of a dwarven ancestor, while the plate represents a stylize

The year is almost over, and I can’t think of a better way to wrap it up than by showing you one of the most special pieces you'll soon receive! Today, we’re excited to present the Dwarven Anvil, a design we’re particularly proud of. This anvil is more than just a simple object; it’s a part of the v

Hello everyone, Here’s a preview of next month’s dwarves. The warriors come with options for spears, shields, hand weapons, and dual-wielding. The royal guard features hammers or two-handed axes. All parts are fully compatible, allowing these two units to be mixed and matched to create the entire co

Today is a big day! Next month, the dwarven armies will see the light of day. We've worked hard on these miniatures, and we're thrilled to share a sneak peek of what we've created. These figures are heavily inspired by The Hobbit and The Witcher, featuring a unique weapon design that blends hammer a

Alright folks, You know we're not usually big on discount campaigns, but this one’s an exception. And it's already active! You now have a 25% automatic discount on STL files on our website, which stacks with the discount you already get as Patreons. Please note that they don’t add up directly but ar

Here you have another of the projects that are practically finished. This one is much more modest than the elves. A couple of multicomponent units, which has made it very complex technically. We have tried to avoid at all costs that the dwarves look like robots, as happens with other similar kits. A
