Help us shape the next Dwarf wave
Hey everyone!
We're getting ready to decide which Dwarf regiments will be part of the next wave… and we want your input!
This time we’ll be adding several new units, so it's the perfect moment to bring your ideas to the table. Think solid infantry, veteran warriors, ranged troops, elite guards, or something a bit more unusual — as long as it carries the spirit of the stone and the weight of steel.
What kind of Dwarf regiments would you like to see in the upcoming release?
Sword and shield? Crossbows? Heavy armor? Something stranger?
Drop your suggestions in the comments — we’ll be reading them all and using your feedback to guide the next steps.
Thanks for standing with us, under the mountain.

Dwarves that fight like Spanish Tercios Dwarves with WW1 plate armor and trench fighting style Dwarves with hussite war wagon fighting style
Imperial Dwarfs are needed. with all the options. :)(
algún regimiento de enanas, o alguna heroína. También un regimiento de enanos no muertos¿?
Armaduras pesadas estaria bien, tambien algo de matadores
how about imperial dwarfs? like landknecht dressed, with spears or handguns?
Civilians? Females?
goat riders, bear riders, some kind of stone salamander riders? and ofcourse we need to see your heavily armoured dwarfs with big hammers. Also more options for kings and thanes, heads, weapons and so on.
So, I play and collect Slayers. I have a small, fine Slayer army. I started ages ago with Slayer pirates in Dogs of War, and then in the early 2000s, the storm of chaos came with the Slayer army of Karak Kadrin... So, if it were up to me, Slayer dwarves with mohawks, braids, and red beards, whether with axes, pistols, or as cannon crew, with a pirate captain or a Slayer king carried on shields. Or a few small pirate boats with rowing dwarves. The crew has to get ashore somehow... Or a few Slayer dwarf skeletons who haven't yet fulfilled their duty and so haven't found peace even after death, continuing to swing their axes. And if you're still looking for ideas for the "adventure", an extension to the Roman arena, more gladiators, chariots for a chariot race, an audience for the stands and a Caesar with the thumbs up or down, plus a few legionaries as guards
- forest dwarves militia (minimal metal) … braveheart dwarves (kilts not required). No beards on female dwarves please. - hand-gunners (blunderbuss-like) various types, hand crafted not mass produced - Roman sized ballista (one unit with four machines w/ two man crews), - goat cavalry.
Buenas!
Priest of Gazul solo or Priestesses of Vallah. Dwarves with spear and shield(not imperial dwarves), Hearth Guard, dwarf shield wall like the Vikings you did for the adventurer tier. Dwarf battering ram with metal top and sides.
Dwarf tank
Dwarf Rangers
Dwarf militia? Characters where you can see their profession. Not just hammers and axes. Or dwarfen battlehardned mercenarys?
I always liked the concept of stealth / ranger dwarves. That and the dwarven shield formation from the lotr tabletop are also pretty neat.
I would like rangers, iron drakes or gyrocopters : )
Iron breakers Preise!
Ranged dwarves of some kind - crossbows, guns, bows all seem cool. Also more war machines
Dynamic bezerkers, long rifled marksmen, cool rangers with cloaks, ornate, rune encrusted full plate dwarves, all good options! Personally I'd just like lots of warmachines like catapults, cannons, ballista, and all the cool looking crew members I'm sure they'd need.
Arnaduras pesadas y por qué no, GOLEMS.
Intramural sports team
definitely a dwarf steam tank, and aerial units, such as gyocopter, gyrobomber, maybe even a thunderbarge
Some steampunk dwarves ? Engineers with top hats and googles and strange shooty contraptions. With a steam-platform on short stubby legs to carry them ? Berserkers emphasyzing their dishonour and torment ? A raging berko-dwarf clawing and tearing at its beard and howling to fill the rank and file. Or one his knees weeping in rage and frustration. Perhaps some dwarves showing their nakedness in the front rank (baring the chest, showing asses with the beard masking the rest), taunting their opponents ? Rangers disguised as boulders with giant "stony capes" ? With the occasional crossbow and axe showing and some helmets showing. Some stone objectives with engraved runes ? Chiseled stones to put under our chiefs / thanes ?
I'm a big fan of dwarven airships, balloon & gyrocopter units - so any aerial deployments would be cool to see.
Shield maidens and some female leaders and heroes. My daughter likes dwarves but would also like to see some females in the mix.
Bearded or not, those dwarf women ? Either is fine with me, I'd love to see some shieldmaiden. Perhaps something in accord with tradition too ? Like clergywomen ? And definitely some berserker dwarvettes.
Berserker dwarf armies can br a bit monolithic, could you perhaps design a spin on what a berserker dwarf army might have in the way of honnor guard (given they are seeking atonement for a dishonorable fault)
Dwarven steamtank, ironbreakers with a different touch.
Shooters behind a line of fellow dwarven with huge dwarven height heavy shields to protect their brothers in arms
Goat Riders maybe...Like the dwarven King in the Battle of five armies?
