Nordhaven Apartments + Karaoke, Pottery & Bookshop ౨ৎ♡

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Video Tour & Speed Build

First time building in Nordhaven and I thought: YOU GET A HOUSE, YOU GET A HOUSE, YOU GET A HOUSE!! (Oprah's reference eheh) Therefore I built a huge building including different apartments, a fully decorated penthouse (4 bedrooms, 2 baths) and last but not least 3 bussinesses on the bottom floor: a bookshop, pottery studio and a karaoke bar! Hope you have fun ♡

NOTE

Due to the game limitations you have to make a choice: you can either enjoy the build as residental rentals and use all of the apartments, or use it as a residential with a bussiness, and only be able to use the penthouse and the bottom floor :(
