ESTATE Part 12 :)
Hello Everyone 😊
This is the third and final part of the main Estate kitchen set. This month, I’ve added a variety of pieces to give you more flexibility and those perfect finishing touches.
One of the key elements I envisioned from the start was a table-style island, built from three modular pieces. It’s available in wood tones only, so you can mix and match for a more natural, lived-in look.
For the main kitchen, you’ll now find shorter cabinets, half cabinets, counters, and cornices—perfect for completing the space and giving your kitchen a grander presence. I’ve also included range hoods to pair with last month’s ovens.
To further enhance the room, there are three new matching wallpapers: two with subway tiles in different heights and a plain version for non-tiled areas. You’ll also get a new ceiling colour and marble floor tiles.
And because no kitchen is complete without a touch of deVOL-inspired charm, I’ve added hanging lights, a utensil rack for above the stoves, bottles of olive oil and vinegar for a lived-in feel, and Roman blinds for your windows.
This Set is on Early Access and will be available for everyone in October
Thank you once again for all your support—it truly means a lot. I hope you enjoy this final addition to the kitchen. Next month, I’ll be working on something kitchen-related… though not directly part of it.
Lots of luv,
Felix xxx

so good i wish there were wood swatches on the cabinets
Hi, thank you so much for your work. I wanted to let you know that for some reason dishwasher doesn't work in any Estate counter for me, sim just uses the sink. But estate dishwasher works fine if I put it in a random counter outside of this set.
Hi Felix! Every time I download the set I'm missing every counter besides the island pieces and the dishwasher counter. I was wondering if you could fix this? Thank you!
Me too! :(
Hi ! Does anybody know where is the link ? Thank you :D
it's here https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/build-buy/estate-part-12
When can we expect this set on CurseForge?
now
Hi! Not sure if it's a bug or not but having issues with using the half left & right counters next to other items like the stove or fridge. My sims act like they can interact with it 😞
I don't play the game right now, but it's gorgeous ❤️
Out of curiosity will there be matching island counters for this? I'm so obsessed!!! you are so talented
the matching island counter is the thick wooden table pictured above, just look at the photos
Amazing, cannot wait.
I'm always so excited to see your work. It is always incredibly detailed. I was hoping to ask about the clutter. Does it come in the sets or are they from previous sets? Again amazing! :)
That table!!! I love that table.
Curtains are everything, i love them
My dream kitchen timeless
Hi! I'm not sure where to post this, but one of your CC sets, Rustyc, caused me a better exceptions report :( I'm going to try reinstalling it and looking into my other mods, but I thought you would want to know (I didn't know how else to reach you)
Hi Felix! The sauna in the Estate part 7 is missing the green marble swatch, can you please fix this? I adore these Estate sets and green is my favorite color - so I would really appreciate to be able to match the sauna to the other green marbled objects :) Thank you for your time and effort!
Ah thx for letting me know 🦊✨ I’ll take a look and see about adding the missing swatch ...
Hi Felix! I just wanted you to know that I absolutely LOVE your CC content, espcially this Estate Pack and the Chateau pack. I find myself constantly building these elaborate houses using your content and it just stuns me at time how gorgeous it is. I even did a penthouse apartment today and when I stepped back to look at it, I was like, I have to let them know that their creations are flawless! Thank you so much for all you do. I'm currently unemployed so between looking for jobs I'm playing sims, but more like building and decorating houses, but your stuff is always on top of my list of CC to use because it's so gorgeous!
What a beautiful message 🌞 thank you for sharing this with me ... I’m so glad my sets inspire your builds & I hope the job search goes smoothly for you too my dear 💚💚💚
I don't want to burden you with my ideas, but perhaps you'd appreciate them. How about stains of various origins for walls, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces? Think century-old dust, mold in different shades, dripping stains, efflorescence, rust, and so on. Yes, the game has something similar, but I'm utterly convinced you'd make it far cooler. In my opinion, this would blend in seamlessly with your Estate collection 🎨
You’re never a burden - ideas like this are always inspiring, and I can totally see them fitting with the Estate collection 💚
Hey there, i absolutely love your CC, but i have an issue with an older cc item, it seems im missing the mesh for the versailles niche1 3x1? i cant remember when or where ive downloaded it but i know its a missing mech of a recolour from your versailles cc :D i hope you can help ive been stressing myself out trying to find the mesh :D
