ESTATE Part 13 WIP :)

salut je cherche aussi si tu trouve tu peux m'informer stp ?

Hi, i just discovered your work and they are truly amazing !!

Wow, this is absolutely incredible! You’ve officially become my favorite content creator in the entire world. I’m completely in love with your work! I just joined the The Sims community this week, and I’m having so much fun using your creations.. especially those amazing historical architecture buildings. My favorite pack so far is the Colonial Collection; it gives me such a wonderful tropical vibe. Would you ever consider creating something inspired by Portuguese colonial architecture in the future? Something with the spirit of Rio de Janeiro, Bossa Nova, and the lush Atlantic Forest… that would be the ultimate masterpiece and honestly, the peak of my happiness! I adore you and your work, thank you so much for sharing your talent with us!

why is everything locked behind a paywall :/

Why can’t I download the estate things?

I love your work, I wanted to bring to your attention though that when I try to use your estate bedding, my sim cannot woohoo on it. She can sleep and do all other actions but woohoo. This happens with only your bed and I absolutely adore the estate collection. Do you suggest a batch fix? Or perhaps a reupload of that file? Thank you again

I love your detail this is wonderful

Felix replacing every ugly basegame functional object 1 set at a time. I LOVEE YOUU <3

Can't wait for this collection

Oh my goodness I can't wait for this part to be available

can't wait, I really do Love your work, super creative ..

My Sims' sad laundry room is getting a big makeover when this comes out :)

I really like it, but I would have loved even more to have vintage washing machines to go along with all the let’s plays.

OMGosh!!!!! I so need this :) In real too.

This looks amazing!

WOW, salivating for this!!!!!!!!!

You added deco versions! That means everything. You're the best. I see you. Very excited! The Estate series has been so lovely.

Hey everyone! 😊 I just wanted to reassure you that my CC itself isn’t broken. In the past, similar issues were often fixed by clearing the game cache and then adding your mods back into the Mods folder in smaller batches rather than all at once. Sometimes the game struggles if too much loads at the same time. Hopefully this helps get things running smoothly again! 💛

Weird how I hate doing laundry in real life but love content like this😂 Awesome work!

Just wanted to say as well when using any of your CC I get an LE, love your stuff so hopefully we can use it again soon.

I am going to join the conversation and say I got LE's using your content. I made sure to test it properly, and it gives a pack resource error. Hopefully we can see a fix soon, thank you for all the hard work you do <3

Since the update I can't use my CC anymore, I'm so sad :'(I had just taken out a subscription to access your magnificent content...

The door/window combo I have been waiting for - stunning!

OH. MY. GOODNESS. This is the cutest washing machine I’ve ever seen! 😍 My heart is melting! 🫰

OMG I adore you, I love it already, can not wait to use it in my historic builds 😍

Excited! As a small suggestion if you want to and/or have the time, is there any way you could feature decor washing and drying machines for those of us that either don't have Laundry Day or don't want to deal with the game mechanic? That would be a blessing. Your work is lovely regardless!

Amazing Set! I think this is your largest set! 💝💖🥰

OMG! this is so amazing! thanks! I feel like Estate will be my favorite collection forever!

If it’s not too much to ask, would it be possible to make them fit underneath the counters (like a dishwasher) for variation?

I am so excited for this

I think a stacking Washer and Dryer would be good!

Need a discreet door that blends in with the estate wood paneling to access these service spaces!

Please tell me there’s more antique furniture coming up 🥹🥹

Felix!!! You making the washing machine fit the nook is amazing! Really happy to see this.

It's so perfect, can't wait till you release it

I know whatever you set your mind to you will excel. I am just so happy we have more to our Estate story to look forward too. x

Ah I really love your estate set! I do really wish it had columns and spandrels to match. The railing set is so beautiful, I can't help but imagine how those would look too. I second a possible Tudor-inspired pack though! I think you'd make a marvellous one. Keep up the good work, and looking forward to seeing what else you do!

This is so beautiful. Your cc is so inspiring and incredibly well made. Thank you so much for all your hard work ❤️ Do you think this style could ever have bifold glass doors or some kind of wide glass doors that could open a space up to the outside? It would be lovely but I understand if that isn't compatible with the style 😊

Omg I really hope you are turning those into an archway too. That would be so beautiful

I would like you to start something like Florence Set or Tudor Set. Estate is ok, but I´d like something different

At this speed, I'm looking forward to estate part 32 ;)

j'adorreeee!!

Forget the superstitions — 13 is just a number, but your creativity is pure magic. And magic doesn’t care about numbers 😉 So don’t you dare abandon this one after 21 minutes! That Baysic washing machine wasn’t a failure — it was a prophecy. This feels like the perfect chapter to bring it to life. We all believe in you! Sending the most powerful creative vibes your way! 🥹

I went through my builds this week and it made me laugh at how much more beautiful your builds are. Would love more bathrooms as an option, but mostly something I have been wishing for is entryways/mudrooms. Would love to have something with your style!

A set of French doors ,mayhap?

These look lovely!

Yessssss!

I've been wanting doors and windows like this for so long! <3

👀👀👀

Thanks Felixandre

ooooh nice! ❤️

🧁🍦🍭!

Is there a specific house you’re drawing inspiration from? Would love to see some of real life examples if possible 😊 amazing work as always x

reminds me of the glass from Pierisim's Auntie Vera's Bathroom

😂😂 My estate living Sims will keep on renovating and redecorating. Love it!

omggg so preetttyyyy

I've just had a thought as these windows and doors remind me of a orangery

I have tried and failed in may builds making service areas. These are awesome. I always look forward to your CC coming out, thank you :)

You must be psychic! In the house I'm building I was just wondering how i was going to divide the pantry and laundry room. Even though I'm doing a modern Georgian I still wanted to keep some traditional features. Now I have my answer. I'm currently making a Bridgerton inspired save and this whole set just makes my heart happy! Thank you! :)

Loving everything you dooo 💛

Looks great!! I love the entire Estate Collection! And good luck on the washing machine...maybe save it for Part 14, ya know, for better luck! ;-)

Since the update broke my game seeing that your going to try a washing makes me happy. Still love this door and window.

Jaaaaay!The anticipation is building up
