Hey there! I adoreee this set but unfortunately yesterday after much CC testing, I noticed the Metal Fence & Metal Railings cause my games to not load at all. My game has been updated for over a week, I re-downloaded this whole set again and tried reloading the game again with no luck. it's very odd given how random it was, no game or mod updates or anything overnight happening to make the game suddenly not be able to load just because of those objects from this set. These are by far my favorite stairs and railings to use, thanks in advance if at all possible to fix💕

Hello , Love the wallpapers but there is issues now due to update. I am not sure if anyone has reported this. Alot of items work, but the wallpaper has missing texture or it's broken. Love the work you do !!! P.S sorry if posted twice issue with interent lol

Hello! My sims arent able anymore to use the stairs. It was all fine then one day they just dont want to go up or down. I needed to delete the stairs and add EA ones

These stairs are throwing errors in every lot I have them in.

I'm sad that I can no longer use my favorite stairs. It's not completely unusable, I can still use them when building, but when I try to have a Sim live in a rental property, error code 132 appears and I'm returned to the map selection screen. I tried to see if the error would go away if I stopped using stairs in rental properties, but it didn't work. The error occurs if I don't delete them from the mod file. There were no problems with regular housing. I thought this information might be of some help if you're thinking of fixing it, so I commented. Thank you for always creating such wonderful CCs. I used the translation function so I'm sorry if the text sounds strange.

Just FYI these staricases are causing 132 errors on any lots that have them! i was experiencing crashes, initially thought it was RVSN's elevator portal mod but on another build, all ive used is the chateau stairs! I am sad , these & your estate stair are my fave ones theyre gorgeous

To the people who are having issues with finding the stairs. Go in the search bar and look up “felixandre” and scroll until you find them ( the rounded part). For the railings to work you need to use bb.moveobjects on and you also need to raise them up to a certain height. On my keyboard you have to press ctrl while tapping 9 for up and 0 for down ( this is the solution that worked well for me🤭🫶🏻)

I love this so much, but it doesnt work anymore! I get the code 132 and whenever I try to play in the house that I used this in, the sims crashes...

Hi! I know I'm super tardy to the party on this one, but I downloaded this set and cannot find the stairs in my game at all. I've searched Chateau, I've looked in the stairs category, I've looked in other categories, I've redownloaded it... nothing. I've found everything else, including the railings and landings, but no stairs. Is there a game pack or mesh needed for this? It's odd because I also downloaded the Georgian stairs and they show up fine. Any help, please? Thank you! PS LOVE your work!!!

When I use your staircase railings, there is a weird pattern (like a skull with a bow) even when I place it again it still has this pattern. Any advice?

Dear Felix, will we get an update in which we can place railings with a single click? I can see you mastered it with a new estate project.

Hi Felix, so sorry but after the latest update for the Romance pack, I'm getting an error with your stairs., specifically the stair portal path. Hope this helps in fixing the bug

I love this set, I was wondering if you have any tips on getting the railings you made to go on the stairs like in the showcase pictures, even when using bb.moveobjects I can't get the railings on to the middle portion of the stairs they just end up on the ground under the stairs

I was wondering if the stairs were ever fixed? They crash your game if you place them in a build and try to load that build. The bug was discovered by a builder when she kept getting subscribers mentioning her build was causing problems. I did a bit of digging around online and these stairs are listed as “do not use” by the Discord troubleshooting groups.
