CHATEAU Part 5 :)

Okay, THIS. I already have one CC set for a full library, but this is BETTER. I have a Sim that is going to remodel his library now, because he NEEDS THIS LADDER. LOL! Plus his stepson will love the hidden door (he already had to hide from a bad guy once in his life.)

Hey - the books are not functional, my sims can't click on them to read? I've got move objects on but it's not working? Am i doing something wrong?

I know this project is old but I hope you can help. When I use the 'chateau bookshelf extra' on both sides of a bookcase, no matter which swatch or which size or how much lighting I put into the room I use, one of the pieces will *always* change colour. Usually blue. It is totally bizarre and it happens on every build I use them on and it only happens when I use one on each side of a book case. Replacing the piece does nothing and the swatch panel still shows the correct one but the colour is very different. Do you know what might be happening?

Do I need to download any textures because they are missing in my save.

I love love LOVE this set!! I use it in literally every single build. I download every new CC you release, and they are always beyond amazing. I’m currently trying to make a library with shelves on all four walls, and I can’t quite get it to look right. I was wondering if you’d ever consider creating a window seat that aligns with the shelves? For example, just the bottom part continuing without the top (1-tile middle, 1-tile left end, 1-tile right end). It would also be incredible if something similar could be done for the top portion of the tall shelves (the top 3 shelves above the rail), so the shelves could continue above doorways and feel more connected and harmonious. No pressure at all, just wanted to share the idea because I adore your work so much!

These books don't work in a way that sims can read them. Books are found in decorations or something like that. Moveobjects on is enabled, what can I do ?

Every build I've done lately, has had a library with these shelves.

LOVE the bookshelves, It would be cool if there could be double doors and windows, or that there were ones you can place above windows. The new EA kit has some but they are not as great as your CC. Also, EA's occasionally disappear when you go back to the lot when you stack them. AMAZING CC!

es wäre noch schön gewesen wenn die option mit einer weißen und braunen ausen seite der tür vorhanden wäre- denn sonst hat man im haus unterssschiedlich farbige türen. aber sonst finde ich daß set sehr gut - endlich mal secret doors in einer bibliothek die nach was aussehen! weiter so!

I LOVE this set! Seriously, the dark blue is amazing and the secret door? *chefs kiss* The secret door the creators made is hideous but you have outdone yourself. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Hey, Felix... I don't know if it's possible, but could you maybe add a swatch to the door with the different color books? I've been building a black & white mansion and it's killing me that the books on the door are in the earthy color tones instead of the muted more gray/white tones. If not, it's totally okay... just thought I'd give it a shot :)

I'd love to see some modular stuff with this! I feel like nice tv units?
