ICYMI: Image captions & formatting, proof of income, new post insights & more

We’re here with the latest product features, improvements, and fixes to make your day-to-day on Patreon easier. We share a rundown like this regularly — join Patreon for Creators if you want to be notified when we do.

🏦 Show income verification

Need official proof of your Patreon income? You can now generate an income statement directly from your account. Go to Payouts → Documents → Proof of income to download it.

🖼️ Add captions and more to images

Make your posts pop with more polished visuals. You can now add captions, alt text, and link and resize your images. Plus, choose left, center, or right alignment to show them off how you want.

📊 See how your posts drove earnings and audience growth

You can now see exactly how your posts are driving both revenue and new members. Head to Post Insights > Conversions to see:

• New revenue from posts: Overall earnings from when a fan becomes a new paid member or makes a purchase through one of your posts.

• Per-post revenue: Earnings from new paid memberships or one-time purchases broken down by specific posts.

• Audience growth: How many people joined as free members through a specific post, giving you a chance to turn them into paying members over time.

📽️ Go Live, right on Patreon

Livestreaming is here! Whether you're testing new concepts with trusted members or opening your creative process to potential new ones, Live helps transform casual viewers into members who are deeply invested in you and your work. Head here to start a Live, or get ideas for getting started.

🚀 Autopilot is on for all eligible creators

Autopilot (growth tools that help you earn more with less effort) is now live for all eligible creators on subscription billing over the next few weeks, along with new features like upgrade previews, benefit expiration reminders, and more.

If you're not using it yet, Autopilot will be automatically enabled with smart defaults. If you’re already using it, your current settings won’t change, and you’ll get the new features automatically.

Take a beat and see what’s included in Autopilot.

📃 Customize your new creator page

Give fans a stronger first impression with a new creator page layout designed for discovery and engagement. You can refresh the look and feel of your page, highlight certain posts, organize collections, and more.

Take a tour here or on Patreon for Creators’ front page.

🎁 Streamline benefit delivery

If you deliver monthly benefits that require upfront payment or creation time, you can now use the Benefit eligibility status filter in Relationship manager to quickly see who’s eligible for benefits. Use it to:

• Track benefit eligibility: See how many members, new and existing, have successfully paid and should receive benefits this month.

• Monitor upcoming renewals: View how many members haven’t been charged yet but have upcoming renewals scheduled before the end of the month.

• Take action: Export the list or message specific groups of members directly from the tool.
