Villa di Monterchi | Residential Lot Download

I'm back again with another build, this time its a villa in 'italy' which is my version of tartosa!

Built on a 40x30 lot in tartosa

Hugely inspired by a a beautiful villa I came across while looking for some inspiration for the build

Includes a few pieces of CC that I recoloured to bring some of the decor in to match the colour palette throughout, again these will not be getting released at all as they are for this build only

Zip files below which include the tray files and some of the CC used

It is quite CC heavy but most sets you should already own to be honest, it does look like a lot to download but alot of the items are singular

I did try not to clutter too much to try and keep the links as low as I could, however there is still quite a lot. If only one or two items from a collection have been used then I will say what items they are so you don't have to download the full collection

This build has one master bedroom with walk in closet, one infants unisex bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, open plan living/dining area, garage, sauna room, outside pool and hot springs, little bbq area and a open bar/dining area
