Hello everyone, and thank you for all the feedback. I found the issue with the Dynamic Fuel Prices companion .exe on ETS2 1.61. The program itself was fine, but I forgot to include the required 1.61 definitions, which meant the dynamic fuel price system could not work correctly on that game version.
