VILLA IANNUZZI

Finally sharing a build!

I built this as a romantic getaway for a couple of my sims, but spent so much time on it and wound up really loving it in the end. I played in it for about a week and didn't notice any real problems so should be considered pretty thoroughly playtested.

Features 1 bedroom, an office (can easily be converted to a second bedroom if needed), 1.5 baths, west facing veranda (for the gorgeous Tartosa sunset views), general cozy Mediterranean vibes!

I used a ton of CC of course. Listing here in 2 categories: Must Haves (functional objects, prominent build assets, vital to the vibes), and Nice To Haves (random clutter, painting, plants etc...contribute to the vibe but you'll survive without it if you absolutely must) (I really suggest grabbing everything though because it'll look ugly without it tbh!).
