Hi! I just joined, may I get this link please? :) Thanks!

Hello! I would also love the link <3 <3

Hello! :) I just saw this month's post and that you were going to send the link in batches but I didn't get mine. Did you finish sending them all? Could I get the link, please? Thank you so much!

By chance, are there matching stone/marble floors? With platforms coming up in the expansion pack, it would be lovely to have. Thank you, Felix. Your creations are beautiful!

i`m building with it at the moment and i just can say i love that extravagant shaped windows also the new doubble door inside with the click on frame is very good because its smaller then the old ones but bigger then single ( i personally think its the best size for a doubble door inside. felix this is really one of your best sets!

Stunning

gorgeous!!

Magnifico! 🥳😍🎉

Tanks Félix GooD Job Very Realistic and wonderfull <3 <3 <3

I've said it before, many times, you must get tired of hearing it, but your cc is so awesome!! I love building with it. Thank you for great quality cc.

Ok:), I got a lot of requests on finishing this building also messages and I will do it. It will be a collection of buildings on one lot like a little city scape and the lot type will be a rental as this will be a new thing with next sims update. So you can rent a little appartment in Venice :)

what anna said is true if you see on a lot how its used and what is in the package then its more easy to fid and to build ;-)

i know a lot of these are vignettes for photo purposes, but would you ever consider uploading them to the gallery as rooms? it helps for pairing things together and giving ideas to those of us who aren't as good with building. also the building overlooking the water would be amazing to have!! even if it's empty!!

:3 i alredy said this on tweeter but i need this :3

Looks absolutely gorgeous!!!

ps your work becomes better & better ;-)

its like magic: shortly before you began with the asia stuff i was on the china trip in sims. 2 weeks ago i saw a big doku about venice and started to build palazzi - and now you here with the rigth stuff for it -as if you would know what i need ;-)))

Can't use anything from bafroom or kichen in my game, prob bcause the update. Why?:(((

Will the Bafroom windows and doors be updated soon?

I'm so excited about this! 🤩 will the model build be available for download on the gallery?

JUST CAN NOT WAIT!!!

WOW. The build in these pics, could be Venice. stunning.

Can't waittt

Superb as always!!

I’m looking at them again and... are they even real? I will only believe once I put them in game 🖤

These look amazing, I can't wait to build with these items !!! :)

Incredible work! Thanks!

Can't wait! It looks amazing! Thanks!

This is the kind of stuff that I love and I am so glad you did this stuff. I cant wait to use some of these items.

Omg I cannot wait!!!!

It's exactly what we missed! Thank you finally an italian month! None of your other windows suited our architecture, did you notice when you were in Italy? I have used your georgian windows instead but I am so exited now!

Will this set be available today? Please say yes. I'm soo happy I could burst!

Omg... these doors... 🤤

Praise the lord! We can finally stop making DIY georgian outside doors! We have stone door frames at last!

Hey guys, can someone shed some light here pls? Everytime I enable CC content on The Sims and go to build mode, the tool bar on the bottom disappears and I can’t build/change anything. This happened a few months ago when I downloaded an update patch.... what should I do? :(

OH FINALLY BROKEN PEDIMENTS! I'm so exxcited about these beautiful doors! amazing!

Can't wait!

Amazing ❤️

I just wish that EA would make a sims 4 version of Monte Vista to suit this stunning content.

Does the happy, happy joy dance while singing, "It's beginning to look a-lot-like-Christ-maaaas..." I love these kind of build items that you make. They are so versatile!

So excited! I can't wait to build a palazzo!

Yay!!! Am so excited for these items. I just love to build with these items.

perfect for the Cher 's Mansion to Malibu <3

So so good, good job 👍

These look incredible! Looking forward to the release! Thank you for correcting all the windows and doors following the update for Sims 4, your time is much appreciated!

Stunning!

Thank you very much for your work!

oh, my... cant wait to add them to my builds

I do wonder...which items are update ready? I'm a new supporter and am ready to play but I don't want to download another pack that's...blessed with un-recognition

im getting call me by your name vibes, i love it - will recreate it in the sims 4 <3

Glad to see a return to historic items! Also your arches are always incredible useful. Have you ever considered making corner pieces for them?

Omg man!!! I was just thinking last night that I wish you’d make more of the historical items🖤🖤🖤

OMG, I can’t wait. Excellent work Felix!! ❤️

I can feel the Ca' D'Oro vibes!

Oooh. Nice I feel like this will pair very well with the gothic set.

YES YES YES!!! More of this! 😍

Ooh reminds me of Moroccan architecture too! Would be cool to have some blue or jewel toned tiles to pair with those arches
