Komo-Machiya Conversion:)
My Komo-Machiya is up on the Gallery. I think I didnt have this much fun building in a long time! One thing I really like to look at are modernised Kyo-Machiyas and I tried to create one myself.
This house comes with 2 Bedrooms, a big hall living space ( I couldnt help it :D) and I managed to create three gardens, a veg garden a zen garden and a meditation garden:)
My Gallery Id is felixandresims, you would need the 3 Kyoto sets, Florence set part 1, The Bafroom, Tiny Twavellers and Jardane.
Packs I used: Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Spa Day, Dine out, Jungle Adventure, Back Yard, Fitness, My first Pet stuff and Journey to Batuu ( I'm sorry I used their Floors)

So beautiful. I just downloaded it on the gallery and placed it, but there are things missing : like in the second floor, in the living room with the Jardane sofa, the lamp and the incense holder are floating, so I guess there is some kind of shelf of cabinet missing. What am I missing ? Can you Felixandre or anyone send me a photo of what it is supposed to look like ? Thanks a lot
I think I found it. Is it the shelf or the cabinet from the Florence SimAtic pack ?

Hi, can I please have a link?
Link?
Is it possible for you to upload it again? All the windows and doors aren't there or working.
Did you download the fixed windows and doors?
Hello! May I have a link?
This is everything!! Like All, I've wanted in the sims as a build. I LOVE Asia, and everything Asian and this building set is all the dreams come true.
Hello your content is great and I'm sorry to bother you but I think there's a problem with the "wohoo" interaction in the futon bed that comes with the kyoto collection, the sims don't react to the action unless I change the bed to another one. Is has to do with the new update? It's not that serious but I really like the futon since it blends nice with the whole aesthetic of the house.

I can't find the link for Kyoto part 1, in which month is it included?
LOVE IT!!!!! YOU'RE A GENIOUS. Congrats on the new website!
where's the black lounge chair in the sixth picture from ?
That’s the eames chair of my London collection part 3
Is there a way I can pay to access all your cc packs you used on this build? I just found your content today and am dying to use this! I wasn’t sure if paying for the third tier would get me access to them or not
You get links to download all of the conent with tier 3.
But Felix I don't wanna buy Journey to Batuu! Your beautiful build is the only thing I've seen that tempts me to consider it.
:D, like you dont need it to have that building, I only used it for floors that suround the building :)
awesome!! i was waiting for an official asian rebuild of yours since the release of snowy escape :)
Absolutely stunning! Great work!
Have to wait for two Months, but it will be exciting months if you share more Japanese Builds Pictures 🥰
Very cool build 🥰
omgggggg this is next level gorgeous!
I've been a fan on japanese culture for the longest time so having your ccs and snowy escape just adds so much playability for me when I'm doing the interior decorating. I can't build the actual house frames to save myself so I just stick to decorating inside xD
This isn't coming up on my gallery search....tried under name of build and gallery ID. Maxis curated unmarked. Any suggestions or a link please
It can only be accessed through in game gallery because of custom content.
OMG its soooo good! can you consider making builds for all the lots? i'd love to see more of your Japanese builds, so good
Holy guacamole I would live here forever.
sooo beautiful!!
This is so beautiful *o*
