What did we do this week? (November 9th 2020)
Fei : This week I've mainly worked on finishing the dream sequence. I've added a ghost shader that fades out as you approach, I've tweaked the post processing settings to give a more eerie feel to the dream sequence, I've added a cutscene during which the alien gives Ruby something, before she blooms out with brightness. I've also added Xonah's music to the whole scene, thanks to him for providing Neon Tail with cool music.
I also improved the ponytail physics, opening the door to new cosmetics with physics. Maybe we'll see tails and wings and other cool new cosmetics soon. :)
I've added 900 and 1080 spin tricks.
I'm currently working on a new important character that will make his entrance right after the dream sequence. I just finished reworking its sculpt, retopologize the low poly and unwrapping his Uvs. Next will be a rig skin, implementation, more cutscene, then dialogs and plot missions.
Leo : Keep making new area these two weeks. It's a huge platform over the periphery of slum formed with some big structures. It's almost the highest place of slum. There are two terminals of cable cars, the two routes of cable cars will run through the whole slum slope area.
Yang: Leo and I both continue to modify side missions : Crazy Drone, Catching cats I, II, III, and Lost hat. We've also added two new side missions! I'm translating Neon Tail into Chinese, it should be done before 2021.
Winter is coming, the sunset is beautiful :)
