Would you like to rediscover games you breezed through when playing in flat, but this time taking in the amazing amount of detail that artists put in their magnificent imaginary worlds? Gaze at paintings hanging on the walls, stained glass windows in churches, items in showcase displays, with the feeling of actually being "there" as if the game world was real?
When you're talking to an NPC, during frantic gameplay or a long, emotional cutscene, would you like the experience to have the same amount of intensity as if you were interacting with a real person?

Description
The R.E.A.L. VR framework is a software written and maintained by yours truly, based on the incredible ReShade injector by crosire. The purpose of R.E.A.L. is to make it possible to experience in virtual reality, with fully immersive 3D, an ever growing list of huge, open-world, AAA titles that currently have, like, zero chance of getting official VR ports. The list of supported games is shown below in this post; there's more than 40 now, and new ones are constantly added to the compatibility list.
Disclosure: for historical reasons, I used to employ terms like "mods" and "modding" to refer to the work I'm doing. I have been harshly chastised for this, to the point of receiving DMCA strikes, because that would lead a few publishers to think I was reselling derivative work based on their game. To a technical minded person that is obviously and patently untrue, because the games are exactly the same whether experienced in 2D or in VR; no content, assets or game code get permanently altered or modified in any way, and the users need to own a copy of each title they want to play in addition to my common VR framework.
So, calling the R.E.A.L. VR framework a "mod" or "fan content" or the such is akin to calling a DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter a "mod" and pretending it falls under the derivative work doctrine.
But again, I apologize because I now understand that it was at least in part my fault: since I started this adventure with an actual mod (for the forgotten gem No One Lives Forever 2), I kept using the term to designate my work even when it had changed completely into a generic injector, thus fueling the flames of confusion :-(
I promise I'll be more careful in the future, and I kindly ask you to also refrain from using terms related to modding, as we found out that it breaks the Internet. The R.E.A.L. VR framework is fine, or just R.E.A.L. VR or RVR for brevity.
