As a kid I always thought that Totally Spies was the Powerpuff Girls who grew up and lost their powers. As a tren I realized they were a Charlie's angels thing. And as an adult, I looked back and saw how much of this was weird bondage stuff and got concerned.

there's no movie for the following thing to the best of my knowledge but there was a very obscure canadian television show called martin mystery, which has a very similar idea and martin and his stepsister diana actually appear in several totally spies episodes as background characters. it's jerry equivalent is M.O.M. , who also has some... things going on with her character design

Honestly on silly, fun and ultimately trashy kids films may I recommend Barbie Spy Squad (a straight to dvd masterpiece). Can't say it has much to say on masculinity, there's likely not more than 2 men in the whole film, but it's great nonetheless
