APC Home Update 1.10 Released: New Location

Minor update to APC Home Update.

I did a little clean up of the ESP, nothing major, just streamlining some of the records to eliminate some redundant junk.

I've also added a new stop near the Shamrock Taphouse, just outside of the aggro range of that raider encampment there. The stop is immediately adjacent to the pier used by the Red Wave Traveling Boat mod, which in turn provides better access to Far Harbor and other waterfront locations.

Since this is an unmarked location in the vanilla game, I've also dropped a map marker on the pier and called it Boston Harbor. If you have unlocked either that marker or the Shamrock Taphouse exterior marker, Boston Harbor will appear as a possible APC destination.

Should work fine for FROST.

As always, available in the #apc-home-update channel on the GreslinGames Discord.
