The Scutoids Are Coming, and a 180 360
Hello and happy December, good humans! While I figure out what to do with my life regarding AI, I'm excited to announce that the Scutoid videos are finally happening! Not only that, but they'll be happening in a stereo VR 180. VR 180 is a video format Google is pushing at the moment, meaning about h

Updates and a New Utilities Puzzle
This week, after actually taking most of independence day off, I put some more work into exploring kinds of short easy-to-produce videos. It's easier to produce work that takes advantage of existing work, and who better to borrow from than myself? One thing on my list is to remake the original doodl

New Strategies
Image: still from new Spidermath video going up TOMORROW???! I am going to be trying some new things in the next couple months, mainly trying to figure out what videos I can make that take 1-3 days, so that I can eventually upload weekly but still be able to do projects that take longer than a week.

Tau Day coming up!
Image: on Lens we just found a suspiciously perfect clearing full of daisies and checked one for Fibonacciness. Phone cameras and doodling apps sure make it easier to check those higher numbers! Update: I didn't think I would get to a Tau Day video this year, because I was determined to focus on Emm

Metachirality, Livestream, Lens, Update
Hello good humans! 1: Metachirality videos So on Monday morning I was scheduled to start working on the Emmy Noether video script. Problem was, I was stressing about stuff and while there's some kinds of work I can push through when distracted, initial script work on a video that conceptually compli

Lens: Awesome and Has Bugs
As you may have seen by the overabundance of email notifications (apparently lens still has some bugs, which I have reported), Patreon has added a new feature kind of like snapchat where I can upload video and image clips that disappear after 24 hours. And it's even easier to use than snapchat, at l

Triple Piano out Early Next Week
Triple Piano video, audio, plus the epic Making Of video are all basically done! Henry and I still have to do a bit of coordinating with intros/outros, sending our files back and forth and assembling and uploading to the proper channels, etc, so we’re currently planning for a Monday release for both

Triple Piano Progress Report
Hello good humans! I am still so excited for this video. It might not be finished this month, so I thought I'd tell you a little more about it. The basic idea is, I sing a three part round with myself in a tripled spherical space, and the video has a symmetry where if you move forward in time 20 sec
