The White Lions are finally finished and that means that I have finished all of the elite High Elf infantry units that I had planned. I’ve got twenty-one Swordmasters, twenty-one Phoenix Guard, and twenty White Lions. An achievement that little Kizza could never have imagined back when I started the

Hey All, Today I'd like to present my completed unit of Harpies. These creatures were a real slog! Some of you may have seen the WIP a few weeks ago, of the early stage conversions. They were made from the Warcry Chaos Furies and the heads from the plastic Daemonette kit - something that I thought w

THAT was a slog! Believe it or not, this unit of 6th edition Dark Elf Executioners have been one of my most challenging units to complete in years, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the preparation. Being 25 year-old models, these old metal minis have seen some life! Before starting anything, I brok

After our gaming session the other day I really felt the need to add a bit more flexibility to my High Elf army. I’ve spent a lot of time building and painting plenty of infantry units, but my army was lacking when it came to flexible units that could perform specialist roles such as warmachine hunt

My favourite WHFB unit of all time; the Reaper Bolt Thrower! There’s something very charming about these models, which are about 25 years old now. I’ll admit, they aren’t the best to paint by today’s standards, but there is something undeniably special about the amount of character in these sculpts.

Thanks to all the Patrons who submitted questions last week. This week on the pod we get to answer and chat about them! Thanks again for your input. Let us know if you'd like us to do another epsiode like this in the future. https://youtu.be/XAnLyqADukAhttps://youtu.be/XAnLyqADukA (YouTube)

The Silverhelms are an absolutely classic High Elf unit. When I started planning my High Elf project I knew that I needed to include them, but I was really unsure how to represent them. All of the old High Elf Core unit plastic kits are very dated these days, but the Silverhelms have probably aged t

I’ve had a couple of questions about my 3D printer, setup and preferred resins - so I thought I’d share it here for everyone. I should start by saying that I have quite a modest setup. Outside of the actual printer and resin

Born of Fire. Bathed in Ash. Cleasing Heretic with Righteous Zeal! I'm pleased to see this Adherents squad fully realised! It was an idea I was sitting on for quite a long time, and really happy with the final results. Initially, I was hoping that the black armour would cut down painting time and I

Hey everyone, Merry Christmas! Inspired by Adam's awesome 2hr Salamander, I'm going to be doing my own 2hr marine challenge, but I need your help! As many of you will know, I don't have a Legion project that I'm currently working on, so I'm unsure which Legion my marine should be from. That's where
