Hi friends!
Today, I’m thrilled to present what I consider my masterpiece: Villa Maria, a stunning Italian villa nestled in the beautiful world of Tartosa. The villa stands out for its 18th-century architecture and the vast, picturesque land that surrounds it.

On the property, you’ll find a spacious greenhouse that has been transformed into a luxurious wedding venue. Bathed in natural light and adorned with white flowers, it offers a breathtaking setting where your Sims can say “I do.”

Inside the villa, there are seven elegant guest rooms, including two presidential suites. The amenities are just as impressive: a full restaurant, swimming pool and relaxing massage area are all included. Near the greenhouse, you’ll also find two special rooms designed as bride and groom glam suites, perfect for those final touches before the ceremony.

NOTE

I realized too late that if you use this as a hotel, some doors are placed in the opposite direction, please refer to Lot51 instructions to make it functional. The presidential suites currently have two doors each, they should only have one. On the last floor, i would delete the elevators, as they are three tiles wide and cause the hotel mod to not recognize the rooms as closed spaces. So sorry for this issues, i playtested this a bit too late and loads of you had already downloaded it.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

There are two possible ways:

• Search on the gallery for thesimsideofluca and download the lot (remember to activate CC, else you will not be able to see it).

• Another way is downloading the tray files you find at the end of this document and placing them in your 'Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray' folder. You will now see them in your own library (remember to activate CC, else you will not be able to see it).

note: there are two versions for this lot:

• Wedding venue only

• Complete version

Download only the one you would prefer to place in game, then change the lot type.
