Estate Part 2 includes 36 objects, most with a colour palette of 30 tones.
You asked if I could create wooden stairs, and I think it was about time to follow your wish. I played around with the steps and studied Georgian stairs; they look especially nice cantilevered. The railings for my Chateau Set were ornate, while most Georgian Stairs I saw have simpler cast iron railings. This Set includes:

The wallpapers shown are coming next month. Since the latest update, the ceilings have looked strange, so I skipped the ceiling paints. I hope the Sims fixes that soon.

The stairs are causing massive issues I think this needs a fix. I cannot place them and when I try to open the georigan stairs it gives me this error message "Attemted to read past the stream..." with Version 3.2.4.4
Gorgeous set! I keep using the parquet floors in particular. One thing, though, I can't seem to find the corner piece for the parquet floor in the download. There's the fill floor (ESTATE_Parquet_Floor) and then the straight edge (ESTATE_Parquet_Trim), but for the life of me, I can't find that corner trim piece. Is there a separate place it can be found? Thanks!

I seem to have an issue with the chandelier and some other objects from a couple of the sets being multicolored in my game. Does anyone know what might be causing this? It sadly makes me unable to use them because of how unsightly it is.
I can't seem to find the wooden posts for the stair railing anywhere in game any suggestions?
