ESTATE Part 3 WIP :)
Dearest Gentle Members,
Today is exciting for me: It's my 7th anniversary of sharing my content with you. I can't believe how time flies, and I am already emotional all day long: D. Besides two months, I have created sets every single month, and I am so glad you are still with me and that I am not boring you to death :D, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you and .... Thank you.
I want to show you what I am currently working on. For this month, I decided to go back to the outside and develop items for your garden. They will be leaning towards formal gardens. I will also include a few iron furniture pieces for your terrace set-up, and let's see what else comes along the way :)
I was a little bit more silent till now because of summertime blues, and, more importantly, I got highly distracted by my dear friend Harrie, who visited me for a month and with whom I had a lovely holiday together :) But there will be more updates in the coming days as I will motor through the items and this set
One more time: thank you !!!,
Lots of love,
Felix xxx

I love this one!
Funny how these never seem to be downloadable to the public
Yeah funny how they always seem to be downloadable to the public via curseforge
why the part 1, 2 and 3 of this set is still not available for the public? in your website said that would be available for everyone in September, October and November. We are in the half of December and not yet!
When in doubt, curseforge, also for rustyc in case you would like to download that one too :)
Is this still a work in Progress?
Links not showing
Yeah cause its a WIP ("Work In Progress") update
Dear Gentle Creator, Congratulations on your 7th anniversary creating the world where royalty, nobility, and all the tonne live and love. In ten years of the Sims 4 and hundreds, if not thousands of builds, everything in my game has something from Felixandre and some have everything without which this sim world would be greatly diminished. Cheers!
You are making me tear up, thank you !!!
I have been searching for decals like this for YEARS... so excited!!
Is there any possibility to make open windows an option with this set? I want to have them for my Georgian build.
It keeps getting better!!!
Everything in this set looks so gorgeous.
Joyeux 7ème Anniversaire & surtout merciii ! D'être là pour nous !
Just started playing The Sims again after 4 years and you've made my experience much much better, thank you and happy anniversary!
Hi! This is looking great, can't wait to use it in game. However, since the latest update, almost all of your wallpapers (as well as harrie's and pierisims's) don't work anymore (I have a bug with a giant question point wallpaper). I've tried to re-downloaded, fix the game.. Nothing works. If anyone has a solution, it would be wonderful, your cc are used in every build I make..
Go into your installation folder "C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin" and click on the icon that says TS4_DX9. I had this problem when the game converted to DX11. Hope this works for you! :)
Happy Anniversary!!!! Keep up the GREAT work
Seitdem ich meine neue Augenlinse bekommen sehe ich alle deine Kreationen viel besser. Was für wunderschöne Detais. Der Schirm ist großartig. Danke
I am watching Bridgeton now because of this! I certainly could not wait to host my first Ball! 🩷 this set is splendid indeed
Without your creations (and Harrie's) my sims would be living in squalor. Thank you so much

These are lovely Felix !! Thank you for seven years of amazing CC 🩷
Oh and I forgot! Thank you very much for giving 7 YEARS of your life for making those CC, it changed the game. Personally, even if I think that a lot of people would agree, I could not play without them anymore. So thank you.
Very elegant garden furniture, will have great fun to play with the different type of hedges.
Omg 😍 love it,, is the gate included too?

Happy anniversary! We could never be bored of you. I look forward to all the content you create.
Happy anniversary my love !! Thank you so much for all the inspiration and for creating magic literally every single month. Your effort and dedication is unparalleled 🌼
Seven years already! It is a magic number and it will bring you good luck! Don't worry, dear Felixandre, we are still with you, we were able to survive 😁... And we will not leave you. Your new WIP makes me dream. The pics are full ofpromises. This will be a wonderful garden. The hydrangea reminds me of the one we had in Sims 3 and that nobody could convert because it had a particular mesh. Thank you very much. Have a wonderful end of summer! ❤❤
How could we ever be bored of you, you’re the reason I love sims 4 as an adult 😍
So gorgeous! The amount of love and detail going into this is superb. Out of curiosity, are there any particular country houses that are being used as inspiration for this set?
I've been dying for some more outdoor plants! Can't wait!!!
😍 love it. so beautiful all your content.
I love this 😍 Is the tall iron gate part of your inspiration? I would love a big gate like that 🥰
This is epic! I went to Hatfield House today (where they filmed some scenes from Bridgerton) and I'm even more excited for this collection now!
Happy 7th anniversary Felix love all your cc and looking forward to future sets 😍
