For this lot, you'll need to download the required CC listed below. I've also included some addtional CC in the attachment (below).

I hope you enjoy :)

Hello Hello Hello :),

After we went to China together we will be going back to the roots to be exact back to France for the following months. My favorite types of buildings inspire my newest Set: French Chateaus, therefore it's only natural to call this newest Collection CHATEAU

Basics first!: It always helps me to set the mood and style by creating the build items first; a Chateau needs loads of them. This month I focused on windows and doors, almost all of these items have open versions for versatility. The windows and doors can be decorated with separate frames in two different styles. Other architectural items are dormer windows ( which light up at night), coins, brick/ stone walls, and matching foundations, In total 58 items :)

Just as a side note, while I was building for the promo shot I realized that the new items go very well with the Grove, Berlin, and of course the Paris Set.

I'm having a really ambitious plan for next month already, without saying too much it will have to do with stairs :D. My research isn't finished yet but I will focus on entrance areas and foyers... I think. Maybe after that, I can upload a shell build to the gallery for you to furnish. If you want a shell building already you can let me know in the comments.

Once again thank you so so much for your support. I wish you lots of Love and Fun with my newest items,

Happy Simming,

Felix xxxxxx

Hello Everyone:),

Let me introduce you to CHATEAU Part 2, a 37-item set for your Chateaus entrance and hallways.

An area that I was always longing to have more items for was a 'grand foyer'. I simply wanted to have proper French stairs but was too afraid of trying out creating them. I pulled myself together and made the stairs plus additional pieces such as curved landings and suitable french fence and railing pieces. Now that I made stone stairs, in the future I will also create a wooden one, the possibilities are endless :D.

Another Area I haven't touched for quite some time is proper historical pieces, but a chateau set can't live without them. I sat down and created a Lous XV console table as a full and quarter version ( actually I found a console table at Hotel de la Marine in Paris and had to recreate it with a twist and incorporated a Plumbob) and a Rococo Mirror inspired by an original from Athena Calderone's apartment. The Mirror comes in three height options. I also made a hanging light and a wall sconce. Two additional items that are less historic but more rustic are a round table, perfect for giant bouquet displays, and a potted Fiddle Leaf tree :)

In this month's set, you will also find a classic Parisian wooden floor, a black and white stone floor, and wallpaper with handpainted patterns( Which I created myself from scratch). I also didn't want to miss out on interior doors :)

A little heads up about what's coming next: kitchen month :)

Thank you so so much for all your support and love and I hope you enjoying my new set. Don't worry I didn't forget about the shell building!

Happy Simming!

The JARDANE is a 51 piece custom content collection by Felixandre & Harrie, which focuses on the garden of your sims' home.

Of course like every other collab the name requires a little explanation..Firstly its pronounced Jar-Dane, you know like the container for jam & that guy that you used to go to school with. Its also our very butchered pronunciation of the French word Jardin, which means garden in English. Because we are such classy chicks we obviously fluently speak French...NOT!

The set comprises of everything you will need to transform your garden into an extension of your home. This set enables you to live, eat, dine, play & entertain in your outdoor space. Of course like all of our other collabs, we are sure you will find a use for the majority of these items in other areas of the home too. Highlights of the set include a new kitchen set (easily combinable with the KICHEN), living & dining room sets. And don't forget that obligatory picnic bench that we all expect to see in every EA release too However, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to make an outdoor toilet too :D

As always there are matching wood tones & swatch colours all over the place too! The items are Base Game compatible, with the exception of 2 items: Water slide requires Backyard SP Paddling Pool requires Seasons To easily find all of the items in the set, just search with the keyword JARDANE in the build/buy catalogue.

Don't forget to tag us in all your amazing build creations that you do using our cc;)

Hello everyone:),

The time has come, I settled into my new apartment and finished the newest items. Again I concentrated mainly on building items this month except for two plants, pots, and a Balinese parasol. The columns, fences, spandrels, and railings are functional and cant is found by typing in *colonial or *felixandre, I added my icon so you can find them easily in the build catalog. I added plaster and brick walls, and also two different types of foundations in all the usual color swatches, ( they will match my other content too. Additionally, you will get trim details that can be placed on the walls for a continuous look. I hope you enjoy building with them as much as I do I can't wait to see how you use them :)

Happy Simming and Thank you so much again,

Felix

Now a bigger update: I added another image to show you more of the upcoming content. I mentioned that functional columns, spandrels, fences, and railings are a new area for me and I felt that most of the past days when I started doing the color options. Creating the swatches in Photoshop is the same as usual but bringing them into the game takes way longer than I ever expected, in a nutshell ... I am late and couldn't stick to my schedule :( on top of it, I need to stop working on the CC for a few days because I am moving into a new apartment and need to organize and pack everything. I don't think I can share the new content before the 5th of July, Thank you for your patience I will do my best to finish them as quickly as I can

p.s. I went through your lovely suggestions and decided to add plants, of course, railings, a new floor, wallpapers, and foundations to the party :) If you are patient enough I could try and add some trim objects, but only if time allows it!

Just a little update: I added another picture to show you the brickwork in the game I added a seamless window as well. Thank you for all the suggestions! I am quite interested in doing a few tropical planters with lipstick palm trees and some fern which I will start today :)

I have some exciting news, at least exciting for me, finally, I managed to create functional columns, spandrels, and fences. Above you can see my first attempts, they will be part of the Colonial set and so far I decided to create items in brick and plaster. I mainly got inspired again by the Indochine style you can see at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore and buildings in Luang Prabang in Laos. I am planning to work on a few wood items as well. By the way, a fence and spandrel have 19 meshes, I think I created around 90 meshes already :D.

I must say this whole new category of content is a bit overwhelming and I am getting a bit lost within this month's theme. Additionally, I am moving into a new apartment beginning of next month and I am running out of time to create everything I want.

Maybe it's confusing me even more, but maybe it's helpful if you have suggestions for content that I could create for this set, it should be mainly focusing on the exterior and a bit of garden. I would love to see what you have in mind.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend,

Felixxxx

I'm super excited to be able to finally share this first part with you. Spoons kicks off with this 46 piece collection of windows, doors and signage.

You'll find that the lettering, wall-mounted sign and decals snap onto the a-frame, projecting tube sign and wooden header panels, so there is lots of opportunity to customise to your hearts content. Plus if you do own Dine Out those can also be incorporated.

Items Include:

8 Doors
27 Windows
A-Frame Sign
Circle Projecting Sign
Circle Wallmounted Sign
Header Panel (3 tile, 2 tile, right & left)
Projecting Tube Sign
Projecting Tube Sign (Small)
Decals

All items are Base Game Compatible

Once again I have linked textures between similar items, so if you do download the unmerged file, you'll need to make sure you have the textures file in your mods folder for all the window & door textures to appear correctly in your game.

Enjoy!

Hello again :),

I can't believe it's already the last month of the year, time flies when you are having fun :D, and fun I had while creating SOHO Part 3.

I was very much looking forward to this iteration of the Set, I love creating build items. When I visited Soho two types of buildings stood out to me, elaborate red brick and elegant cast iron buildings. I decided to create items for both styles so you can mix and match them when you build apartment blocks. Most objects are wall decoration, you get columns, pilasters, arches, window frames, trims, and cornices. I also created 11 more windows for this Collection in various shapes and heights. Don't forget to look in the Wall section, there is a new brick wall and a cast iron wallpaper:) Another very typical thing you will find: is the iconic external fire escape, you will get 3 platforms and three stair heights, they are not functional just decor!

Now one advice, most objects are placable without move objects, but if you want to pile decorations on top of each other I would advise you to turn on move objects. Another key combination I would use is ctrl+F5 to turn on quarter tile placement, columns will snap perfectly into place and you do not have to align them with the ALT key

I want to thank you again for all the love and support, for the ones who celebrate I wish you a happy Christmas and a happy new year to everyone!

Lots of Love,

Felix xxx

Hey everyone! Welcome to my new project! I've had these items ready for quite some time, these are actually the first columns i've ever created! I waited to add more to it and i'm glad i did, cause i'm very proud of each and every one of the item. I hope you guys will enjoy them too!

This Mini Collection is themed around my home country, and specifically home town, Rome! I've had these items ready for a while, but i was waiting for the right time to post them, and now is that time!

Let's go through the items!

• 3 Styles of column: the set comes with the 3 classic columns of the Roman times architecture, ionic, doric and corinthian. The columns come in the 5 different stone tones of the pack;

• Classic Roman Stone Fence: if you've ever been in Italy, you will recognize the style of this fence! This classic balustrade also comes in the 5 stones of the pack;

• Floor Trim: this floor trim features a decorative pattern that is roma times themed. It is incredibly detailed, while still remaining maxis match. The decoration seamlessly reacts to lighting and will never look flat;

• Foundation: complete the look of your roman temple with a strong foundation: this brick foundation is thicker than most EA foundations, it has a custom brick pattern and comes in the 5 stone shades of the pack;

• Frieze: this frieze is easily the stand out item of the pack. The decoration is fine, detailed and fine-tuned. It reacts to lighting, does not warp on oddly shaped walls and it has a complex silhouette;

• First-ever Maxis Match half wall trim: yep! the firsts aren't over yet! Thanks again to my friend Syboulette for helping me while creating this trim. While extremely simple looking, it was incredibly hard to customize the mesh of a half wall, but we did it!

• Spandrel: this spandrel features a custom roman styled pattern that is compatible with the columns of this pack.

Hope that you guys enjoy this pack! I put my heart into it, although it's not as many items as i usually do, they're all special to me and they all took loads of time to make and detail. Enjoy! 💖

Bonjour! I created this set of 12 new items inspired by Parisian apartments (À Louer is French "For Rent") It's a simple collection, but as always I wanted to create items I haven't found from other creators. I've been obsessing over wrought-iron fences recently and I'm really happy with how my wrought-iron pieces turned out.

Set includes 12 new build/buy items:

intercom | 10 swatches
bike (with and without flowers) | 24 swatches
front door ( with and without grill) | 30 swatches
window (small) | 14 swatches
window (tall) | 14 swatches
balcony | 20 swatches
wrought-iron railing | 8 swatches
stairs | 20 swatches
wrought-iron fence | 8 swatches
modern mailbox (functional) | 10 swatches
antique mailbox (functional) | 16 swatches
apartment mailboxes (functional) | 8 swatches

Enjoy! ♥

Hi everyone!

A new year, a new set. (I'm not counting Jade Build Part 2 as a set from this year, because I started making it last year.) Anyway. The first theme of Chillin' Areas series is "Home Bar". The set contains 50 items. What makes this set special for me is that I have tried a brand new color palette. Actually, I chose the colors used in packs such as Dream Home Decorator. You can see the new colors and items in the gifs at the very beginning. The items included in the set are as follows.

Bar
Back Bar
Back Bar Drinks (This item allows you to use the back bar as a functional bar.)
Bar Stool (2 versions)
Ceiling Extension
Deco Drink Bottles (10 different styles)
Deco Glasses (20 different styles) You can place these glasses on the rails located on the bar, the back bar and the ceiling extension. When you place the cups here, it will automatically turn upside down.
Deco Beverage Dispanser
Deco Beverage Bucket
Deco Bartender Kit
Deco Straws
Wine Cabinet
Wines (This item allows you to use the wine cabinet as a functional bar and this is referred to in the game as nectars.)
Side Cabinet
Sink (This sink is specially designed for the back bar. It may look strange if you use it elsewhere.)
Sul Sul Sign
Water Glass (I extract this out of the base game to use as a decor in the sink. But when I added a slot to the sink, it became unusable.)
LED Lights (for Bar, Back Bar, Nectar Cabinet and Side Cabinet.)

I guess that's it.

All items are Base Game Compatible.
The color tags are marked correctly.
You can find everything by typing "Lilith Chilling Areas".

I'm going to get some rest and start making the new set. It seems impossible for me to make it to this month.

While the infant update is coming, I'm planning to prepare a set for babies and toddlers as well. I hope my plans will work out smoothly.

I hope you enjoy the set. Thanks for everything 💖💖💖

UPDATES

05.12.22 - Sorry for another update, but Host Station slots are causing some path issues, so:

All Host Station slots have been removed;
Backlit marble made for the Host Station no longer uses wall slots;

05.08.22 - I did some updates to fix things that were reported. Thanks to everyone that send me DMs. The main changes were:

I remade all textures of the metal chair (part1) to match the stool (part2)
I added slots to the sink (part3)
Fixed a thin line that was showing at the countertop of the chef's station (part3)
Adjust some catalog default swatch;

Hello Hello!!!

The third and last part is here!
I joint the whole set on this post and on the files attached to it. You'll need to delete the old files before placing these new ones. You can see all the new items in the gif above.

Style choices

It is difficult to define in a few words my entire vision of contemporary industrial style, but keep in mind that for this set, I propose a clash, between the old and the new, with a challenge, what to expose and what to hide.

That's why we see some farmhouse-style and stainless steel counters in the same set, and we see a whole set of exposed electric light fixtures combined with lots of wall and ceiling panels.

I tried to avoid as much as possible the steampunk look that we saw in the industrial style of the 2000s while exploring metal, in different formats, wood, and leather.

About the set

This set was made to cover the three main areas of a good restaurant:

1- The sitting area

Focused on tables and decor items to play the hide and seek of the industrial style.

2- The bar area

A bunch of farmhouse elements, to pretend that some cool old counters and shelves were on the place before you started to renovate it.

3- The kitchen area

It's all about inox, the main material of the most professional kitchens.

There are 74 new items in total (32 on part 1, 18 on part 2, and 24 on part 3);
Most items are base game compatible;
The Booths, Host's Station, Chef's Station, and Waiter's station need Dine Out GP to work; There are a lot of decor slots to customize their appearance.
All Wood, Metal, and Marble textures were custom made and all the meshes are modeled on my own.

Some frustrations

I created custom slots for the table clothes. But for some reason, in restaurants, the waiters didn't serve the food on the tables. So I had to use the existing slots.
The floating shelves had many slots. But a bug caused items in these slots to disappear whenever a change was made to the room. So I had to remove these slots.
The backlit marble and oven door of the chef's station item may look strange in some indoor lighting conditions. I had to play around with the shaders and choose the best balance between them.

I really really hope that you enjoy it.

Thanks,

Hello guys! How are you?

The beginning of a new year is on the corner and I need to say a big thank you to all of you who supported me in 2022! Hope you had a lot of fun playing with all the new CCs I released and wish that you all have a happy new year!!!

To end 2022 and start 2023, I want to go back to my origins, to the things that made me start creating CC. Some Items that will help tell the story of that rich and wealthy Sim that is living on top of the world. No tacky gold, just classy and elevated stuff.

About CAVE

I know everything is very airy and bright on Pinterest, but every time something is trending, there will be another style to balance it out. There's a moody, dark movement in interior design slowly growing (again) and I love a dim room with dim lighting and accents of glass and gold. It smells like the big city, on high floors or penthouses, but it looks like ... a CAVE! And like CAVES, it is filled with natural stone and rocky textures.

With CAVE I want to bring more maxis matches items with this aesthetic to the game. It's a tough job because whenever you play with metals, glass, and light, you have to be careful not to cross the line between maxis match and alpha cc. But I'm doing my best to keep it as MM as I like it.

The idea is to cover all main rooms of an apartment so the set will be split over months.

CAVE - Part One

Part one is all about textures. It was made to showcase the new wood, marble, and rock texture that sets the mood and will appear on other items of this collection. The dining room area was chosen to be the first because it has both big surfaces for marble and wood, comfy items with fabric or leather, and metal items in the suspended lamps.

The items

There are 36 new items on this set - 12 Wallpapers and floors and 24 buy items;
Many of them were variations of the same item to fulfill almost all the needs;
All items have custom textures and meshes made on my own.
Light is everything in the Cave aesthetically so there are two types of suspension lamps plus a lot of variations to this panel light. IRL this panel is made with a fabric like a cinema screen so I replicated this look with a very subtle texture.
All lamps, including the panels, have their light tuned to simulate real-life light effects.

Many more lamps will be coming in the next parts

Hey everyone!

The second part of the Wisteria Whisk collection is here! This time, I wanted to add lots of decorative food to help fill up your bakeries. I made new shelves which can showcase all basket and tray pastries I made for this set. As I mentioned in an earlier WIP post, I tweaked the wood colors a bit, so I also went back and updated the previous set with the new shades. If you want everything to match nicely, please redownload the first set!

Some additional information: The tray holder has slots that fit the tray items perfectly! It might be a bit tricky to find the exact placement, but the slots are in the center of each layer, so aim for that.

The baskets of baked goods and tray of sweets have multiple mesh variations, so changing the swatch will not only change the color but also the object itself. This way they don't take up too much catalog space.

The shelves include rotated slots, which I had to set as fixed so if you place there an item it stays rotated. If you want to reset the rotation of a slotted item, just place it somewhere else first, then it will return to its default straight position.

I hope you’ll enjoy this set as much as I enjoyed making it, though I have to admit, working on all these food items made me very hungry during texturing. :D

As I mentioned earlier, I’ll be starting the third part of the collection a little later, since I’ll be walking the Camino de Santiago next week. So there won’t be any WIPs during that time but once I’m back, I’ll jump into working on the next (and probably final) part of the bakery set. Though who knows, that might still change depending on how I feel.

For the next part, I’m planning to add kitchen items and a coffee bar that matches the other display pieces. I’m really excited to get started on it!

Let me know what you think of this set or if you run into any issues! I was so frustrated today, was almost done when I spotted a small problem and ended up spending hours fixing it. So I really hope everything works smoothly now!

Lastly thank you so much for reaching 20 000 followers on Patreon! I'm so thankful for all of you!

Hey everyone!

Finally I can share this new collection! I'm really sorry that it's coming later than expected. I had some troubles and bumps alongside with a lot of work I had in my real life jobs these last weeks. I was trying to work on this as much as I could in my free time. But enough about this!

This build set was inspired by Spanish architecture. Since I live in Spain and I love this culture I wanted to do a set around this theme. The columns were based on the columns on the Plaza Real in Barcelona. I was gonna do some main front doors for the buildings but I didn't have time. Maybe in the future I'll do a pack with beatiful Spanish front doors because I love them so much!

I really hope this set lives up to your expectations because I'm already seeing what I could have done differently. But this whole journey is a big learning curve and I've learned a lot of new things!

The Set Includes

Balcony
Window guard
Blinds (short, medium, long, accent)
Shutters (Left, Middle, Right) 2 heights
Column
Spandrel
Wooden Doors (1 tile, 1,5 tile, 2 tile) 2 heights
Glass Doors (1 tile, 1,5 tile, 2 tile) 2 heights
Windows (0,5 tile, 1 tile, 1 tile simple) 2 heights
Stone door frames (1 tile, 1,5 tile, 2 tile) 2 heights
Stone window frames (1 tile) 4 sizes

🔹 Changelog - DOWNLOAD THE FILES AGAIN

07/17/2024 - Corrected the windows' red swatch because the texture was wrong on a little area of the window

Hey everyone!

The final part of the Cozy Cabin Collection is here! It is a bedroom set and includes a modular closet with items to fill them up with.

I'm a little sad to say goodbye this cabin theme because I gained a lot of followers through the time I was making these sets and I also learned a lot of new skills and techniques. When I came up with the idea of a large collection to guide us through autumn and winter, I hadn’t expected it to become so significant in terms of sentimental value. I was always thinking about the next idea to bring to life and living in a cabin in my mind. Despite this being a sad moment, I’m so excited for what’s next! I’ll be creating a set for a commercial lot, and I’ve had this idea for about a month and a half. After seeing what the next expansion pack will be, I’m even more excited because I think it will complement it well.

A bit more about this set: It started as a bedroom set but somehow turned into a closet set with bedroom items. At first, I only wanted to add two closet pieces with the door, but I figured it would be more versatile (and not too much extra work) if I included the corner piece as well. A little info on how the door works: You can slot the door onto the closet pieces, with three slots available on each piece. It only makes sense to use the side slots if you have two or more pieces placed next to each other. I added multiple slots for hanging clothes so you can use the in-game clothes (or other CC ones) that are grouped together, but also place individual items without using the TOOL mod.

The wicker basket, folded sweaters and the hat box are stackable.

For the curtains, I made a curtain rod that, for some godforsaken reason, looks completely different in-game than the rod on the curtain items themselves, despite them having the same texture and everything. This was the reason I couldn't include them in the last set—I just couldn’t get them right no matter how hard I tried. I even checked out other CC that does the same thing by separating the rod, and they all had the same problem. Somehow, the lighting on them looks different, and I couldn’t find a solution. So sorry for this issue but hopefully it's not too noticable.

I think that’s all! I’m really grateful for all of you being here—thank you, and I hope you’ll like this set as well. Let me know if you have any issues, and feel free to leave your thoughts below so I can see what you like and what you don’t.

End Table Lamp

Hey everyone!

As I mentioned in my earlier post when I published the latest set, there were some items I couldn't finish and include in that one. So I decided I'd release the windows and doors and work more on the other things and upload it a week-2 weeks later.

These items are meant to go in front of your shops. The main goal was to achieve a cozy, "Iwannaseethoseoldbooksandsitdownandreadalittle" feeling. I hope I could bring this feeling to life with this set.

The other important thing was to make as many signs as I could. I have to be honest, this task was creatively draining for me because I had to come up with different "logos" (which I've always hated to make) and different kind of flyers, signs so they would be useable for more than just a book store. Most of the design elements I used are from Freepik, but I modified, recolored, redesigned most of them. None of these were made using AI.

The signs come in 2 sizes, each design have 2 versions for these sizes. Sometimes it's the same as the bigger, sometimes I used different text but they always go together. They will snap onto the sign panels from the previous set. I tried to make a big variety of them for different type of lots, and I tried to make designs with only text (these usually come in black and white options).

The shop flyers as I called them (but now I realized poster would fit better, but I can't change it now because I have to go) can be used alone and put on the wall, on the windows or as I intented: they can be slotted onto the empty sign board. I made a bunch of designs for this as well. (The photos only show a few of them.)

I hope you'll find these signs useful, I really tried to do many options to choose from.

I told you about me travelling home so I won't be available until the 19th of January, I won't upload WIP posts in this time but I'll be here answering comments!

After I come back I'll start on the next part which will be finally an interior set, I don't know what exactly yet because I have so many ideas for the inside, I think I'll have to do more parts for it as well. :D We might start with the reception and lounge area because I wanna do bookshelfs too but I just know they will be a lot so I think they'll be in another part.

🔹 Changelog

09/30/2025 - Updated the displays and trays because it said "Business is closed" even when it was opened. Later: Updated thumbnails because some of them didn't have my logo on them, also updated big of the trays because it was crashing the game.
06/14/2025 - Updated the wisterias' low LOD models because they showed up weird and messed up from the farthest view.
05/09/2025 - Updated the display shelves to be compatible with Businesses&Hobbies so you can sell items directly from them
04/16/2025 - Updated all swatch colors for island, cabinet and counter because I redone the wood tones and modified the colors slightly.

Hey everyone!

First of all, I’m so sorry for being a bit later than usual. I mentioned earlier that I had a work emergency for two weeks, which left me with little time for this collection and even led to a bit of burnout. However, in the last few days, I've been working nonstop to bring this set to you. Thank you everyone for you patience! I appreciate how nice you all are! And in the meantime we're now over 17 000 followers! So thank you!

The idea for this set came from my experience creating Baker's Kitchen last year. At that time, I wanted to make a proper bakery set, but I was so excited to explore different styles that I postponed it. When I finished the Cozy Cabin Collection, I decided to start on a bakery collection, and then the news of the new pack came out—I thought it would be a perfect fit! So, I made sure to include objects that work well with the pack.

My main inspiration came from Japandi-style interiors with touches of nature. Initially, I wanted to create a floral composition, but it evolved into a set of wisteria, which inspired the name of the collection. The wisteria looks best outdoors; indoors, the shader isn't the prettiest, but it works like in-game plants and changes with the seasons (depending on the world you're in). In winter, it only has bare branches.

Since I made a full kitchen set I didn't have time exploring my ideas but I needed the islands for the bakery and I wanted to make cabinets so you'd have everything for a kitchen.

When the new pack came out, I took some time to study how the new objects work and noticed that the Sims team created specific displays for selling items in small businesses. It took me a while to figure out a way to make displays that would work with the new pack while also being compatible with retail stores. I saw that some modders made invisible small business items, which inspired me to create display trays. Anything you place on these trays will automatically be for sale. However, if you prefer a retail store setup, you can still use the larger displays without the trays.

Plus, all the display items in this set will help keep your food fresh for longer!

Sorry for being this long, I felt like I wanted to explain everything. Now I'm onto the next part as quickly as possible! I want to focus on the baker side of the shop now!

Hey everyone!

Finally I'm finished with the new set which is the 3rd and last part of the Wisteria Whisk Collection and I'm so excited to share it with you. I'm really sorry for the delay, I had planned to release it earlier, but as some of you know, I took a one-week break to start the Camino in Northern Spain. After that, I had to catch up and ran into a few small issues with the mixer.

But we're here now, and I'm truly proud of how it turned out. This part is inspired by the all-metal look and feel of commercial kitchens in bakeries and restaurants. My main focus was to create a cohesive set that can fully furnish a space like that.

My favourite item of the set is the stand mixer, I just love the bright swatch colors I chose for it.

This time, I don’t have a long explanation for each item, they’re all pretty straightforward.

As I mentioned at the beginning of the post, this is the final part of the Wisteria Whisk Collection. Now I’ll be starting something new, and we’re heading back into residential territory. As always I'm really excited to be doing something new! I'll keep you updated about it shortly!

This time, I didn’t forget to save the kitchen as a room and upload the tray files for you, so you can easily get everything included in this set. You’ll still need to download the package files , but if you’d rather not use the search function in-game, just place the tray files in your Tray folder, the room will then show up in your Gallery.

Since some of you asked, in the coming weeks, I’ll be uploading new variations of the kitchen set from the first part, along with a floor tile that matches the wall from the second part.

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to let me know. I really hope you all have a wonderful day or night, wherever you are! I'm so grateful for all of you!

Hey everyone!

Here is my new cc set which I call Naturali living room because of the calm mixture of natural colors and woods. As I mentioned before, this collection was inspired/based on an article I found which was a home tour of Valerie Quant, a footwear designer. I loved the simplicity but warmness her home has so I decided I want to put those vibes in my game.

The two main elements of this set are the sofa and the accent, Cristian Valdés chair which I'm in love with and I like how it turned out. The sofa has 6 different pieces, the end pieces have slots so you can put there small decor objects.

I wanted to create walls as well but I wasn't satisfied with how they looked so I ditched them, sorry. :D But I added a new wooden floor which will go with the wood colors in this set.

I hope you'll like these items in your game!

The Set Includes

Modular Sofa (Middle, Middle V2, Corner, Corner V2, Left End, Right End)
Valdés Chair
TV Cabinet
Coffee Table (1 tile, 2 tile)

Hey everyone!

I'm happy to announce that my new cc collection is finished and you can download it at the bottom of this post!

For this collection, I drew inspiration from Italian interior design, blending it with the edgy allure of metallic elements. Nearly every item incorporates some form of metal detail. To balance the coolness of metal, I incorporated natural elements such as raw wood for the coffee table and the jute rug. I aimed to create a sense of tradition through the paintings while maintaining a fresh and modern approach to the whole collection.
I made a Frame TV which is base game compatible so you can use it without having the Modern Luxe kit! I hope you will like the items, any feedback is really appreciated!
