Hey everyone!
First of all, I’m so sorry for being a bit later than usual. I mentioned earlier that I had a work emergency for two weeks, which left me with little time for this collection and even led to a bit of burnout. However, in the last few days, I've been working nonstop to bring this set to you. Thank you everyone for you patience! I appreciate how nice you all are! And in the meantime we're now over 17 000 followers! So thank you!
The idea for this set came from my experience creating Baker's Kitchen last year. At that time, I wanted to make a proper bakery set, but I was so excited to explore different styles that I postponed it. When I finished the Cozy Cabin Collection, I decided to start on a bakery collection, and then the news of the new pack came out—I thought it would be a perfect fit! So, I made sure to include objects that work well with the pack.
My main inspiration came from Japandi-style interiors with touches of nature. Initially, I wanted to create a floral composition, but it evolved into a set of wisteria, which inspired the name of the collection. The wisteria looks best outdoors; indoors, the shader isn't the prettiest, but it works like in-game plants and changes with the seasons (depending on the world you're in). In winter, it only has bare branches.
Since I made a full kitchen set I didn't have time exploring my ideas but I needed the islands for the bakery and I wanted to make cabinets so you'd have everything for a kitchen.
When the new pack came out, I took some time to study how the new objects work and noticed that the Sims team created specific displays for selling items in small businesses. It took me a while to figure out a way to make displays that would work with the new pack while also being compatible with retail stores. I saw that some modders made invisible small business items, which inspired me to create display trays. Anything you place on these trays will automatically be for sale. However, if you prefer a retail store setup, you can still use the larger displays without the trays.
Plus, all the display items in this set will help keep your food fresh for longer!
Sorry for being this long, I felt like I wanted to explain everything. Now I'm onto the next part as quickly as possible! I want to focus on the baker side of the shop now!

- Low poly, new, maxis match meshes
- Since some items share the same texture you need to have them all files ending in "_texture" in your mods folder to properly work.

my customers keep buying my trays and display case, is there a way that they can stop? at least for the display case to stop disappearing?
If you click on the display itself, you can disable sales for the display. That way they will only buy the things you put on the trays.
Hello! for some reason the wisteria on the ceiling is not showing up in my game even tho its in my mods folder. I've tried to download the zip again and replace it, but still doesn't work. Could you possibly know the reason/has anyone else said anything? :( I also added the ''_texture'' on the file, but that didn't do anything
Hey ! love your work, I am getting a better exception reprt stating "There is bad tuning in this mod: \VALIA_Wisteria_Whisk_Display_Shelves_texture.package Delete it from your mods folder or see if the author has an updated version. If it is a multi-package mod make sure you update all of them" Is this set updated?

I just found you! Beautiful work 😁! I was wondering if you would consider uploading the sample rooms ( the rooms that you create to take these screen-captures for showcasing your CC sets ) for download, as tray files here, on Patreon (or somewhere), too? So that those of us with either very limited gaming time, or nerve injuries affecting our hands, have things all ready to go, and can right away enjoy your full cc sets in total? I hope you'll consider it! Cheers! 😊 (PS! I would absolutely pay for Early Access to fully-completed/decorated 'room' trays, featuring all the elements of a given cc set you've put out, and I'm betting I am not alone👍!)

I love this set so much!! Thank you for your amazing work!! but I had no idea you were updating it into functional displays and i already finished my build with the older refrigerator displays with all the food/clutter on top, so i was wondering what i would need to do to not have to re-do all of that? like, if i delete the old files, and add the new files, will the old non-functional displays be replaced with base game items? I just need to know if i delete the old set i downloaded, and replaced it with this one in my mods folder, will it all disappear from my build and i would have to re-do everything or will the items just replace themselves in my game? thank you in advance !
Hey! You don't need to replace them, I updated only the tuning but everything else is the same so they should not disappear. Altough some people informed me that for them the Businesses and Hobbies funcionality doesn't work properly so I have to look into these objects again to see what could be the problem. So I would say if they work for you and you like them not being a selling surface you can leave the old files. I didn't update anything else on them so won't be any problem. I'll update the post once I figured out what's the issue.
Can you show an example of what all the files should look like ending in _texture? I want to ensure I'm doing it right. Thank you!
If you copy all files into your mods folder, you're good! I can't attach photos here but it's basically their filename. If you see them in your file manager, every file has a name, and I add _texture to the ones that hold the texture image in them and similar items are referencing and using that same image so the filesizes are not too big.

my selling trays keep disappearing in the container :( not sure why
I changed the displays' funcionality so they can sell items as well. It has more slots and eaiser to stock. The trays also sell items. That means if you place the tray on the displays they will be selled. BUT if you don't want this you can disable sells on the display itself and sims can only buy items from the tray.
