SOHO Part 3 :)
Hello again :),
I can't believe it's already the last month of the year, time flies when you are having fun :D, and fun I had while creating SOHO Part 3.
I was very much looking forward to this iteration of the Set, I love creating build items. When I visited Soho two types of buildings stood out to me, elaborate red brick and elegant cast iron buildings. I decided to create items for both styles so you can mix and match them when you build apartment blocks. Most objects are wall decoration, you get columns, pilasters, arches, window frames, trims, and cornices. I also created 11 more windows for this Collection in various shapes and heights. Don't forget to look in the Wall section, there is a new brick wall and a cast iron wallpaper:) Another very typical thing you will find: is the iconic external fire escape, you will get 3 platforms and three stair heights, they are not functional just decor!
Now one advice, most objects are placable without move objects, but if you want to pile decorations on top of each other I would advise you to turn on move objects. Another key combination I would use is ctrl+F5 to turn on quarter tile placement, columns will snap perfectly into place and you do not have to align them with the ALT key

I don't build in Sims, but I really, really LOVE the work that goes into the creations of those of y 'all that do. I just got pointed towards your work today from someone on reddit looking for taller single doors, and they pointed out your architecture and furniture, and it only took a single glance for me to be hooked, but I just have to stop and PRAISE THIS WORK, because DAMN you have an eye for architectural detail. I don't build in Sims, because that's not its purpose as a game for me - I don't find building soothing or relaxing and my ADHD absolutely HATES not having a goal (and I'm not creative at all so my end result would be entirely bland.) However, I do have a decent eye for the work required (I'm a crafter) and I do have a LOT of appreciation for the people who make the builds that I download from the gallery. (Though I can't take advantage of things like your amazing building CC that way, obviously.) Ugh. I ramble. BUT I just had to stop and give you kudos for your creations. I'm personally going to be mostly using your furniture, but I only have to take a few glances at your packs to see how much creative freedom you're giving Sims builders to let loose. These bricks alone are amazing and I love the fire escapes. These are just great, really. I've never been to New York, but there's definitely a lot of buildings in KC that look *just* like that.

About the fire escaoe stairs, they also morph meshes when you change lots. If you put them outside a building and are playing a neighbouring lot from where they are visible, the mesh changes and the steps part turns 180 degrees around. I have screenshots of this.
hello, the fire escape stairs are broken, they have a missing texture and are bright purple, i think its not compatible with dx11
hi! after the most recent update I think this cc is breaking my game :( every time I open it with this cc in my mods folder the game doesnt open, but it does after I remove it :((

You've extended the paywall for your stuff for more than 3 months now. Honestly, this is disrespectiful. I understand that you keep it private for a while because it is your job, but this is excessive. Not everyone can pay for this. Me for example. I'm for Brazil, and the dolar value makes supporting you impossible. Otherwise i would pay for it, cause your content is amazing, and i always want it as soon as i see it. But first it was one month, then two, now more than 3 months have passed and you still didn't make it available.
The fact that you can comment on this post means it’s a public post, the link for this set has been available for everyone already for a month.
