Brookside Square ♥ The Sims 4: Build // CC
[ Brookside Square ] Tiny Treasures Toy Store + Holly's Cafe + The Cozy Shelf Bookstore || The Sims 4 Build
➽ Rheya's Notes
● I saved this build as generic so be sure to change the lot type to Small business in Build Mode so you can purchase the lot.
● I wasn’t aware that a retail display case is required to sell items, so the shelves with toys and books will likely act as non-functional displays. However, I did add a few retail surfaces with sellable toys and books while playtesting, and they work fine. You can also just add more functional shelvings
● The café operates alongside the small businesses if you are the business owner—just hire a barista! As a customer, it doesn't seem like you can hire a barista which is unfortunate.

➽CC List
I don't always use every item in a cc set, so you technically do not have to download every item I listed. I've added what item I specifically used from a set so you can easily swap it out with something you already have. If I don't specify an item on the list, assume that I used multiple items from that set. [Important: CC files are not included in the download!!]

I just downloaded all the CC, but the windows don't show up when i place the lot.
When i place the lot it says im missing items, but i have all the packs you mention.
This is incredible. Which pack or what CC is used in the toy shop for the shelf unit displays please? I have downloaded all the CC and the shelf displays are not included ☺️
