<Description>

Perfect Blue is a collective term given to Magicks that directly evolve from Mastered Blue Magic (or Blue Mastery), but not part of the Blue Twilight Spectra. It involves fusing Blue Mastery with another form of Magic, sometimes even another form of energy. This happens as Blue Mastery is a relatively neutral force, despite being part of Spectra, which makes it very easy to be fused together with other Magicks.

Unlike other Magic Series, the power of the Magicks in Perfect Blue also heavily vary. Some are merely on the level of a low-level Unique Attribute, yet others can be as powerful as low-level God Attributes. This happens because the aforementioned neutrality means that the Magic being fused with Blue Mastery can be of any scale and magnitude of power. Nonetheless, all the Magicks of Perfect Blue share a similar trait of perfect control, where the user will face very little difficulty with manipulating any of the Magicks.

There are currently ten Magic Paths in this Series. Primal Blue Magic is technically part of Perfect Blue, but it is more commonly seen as part of the Primal Colours Magic Series.

Astral Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery and Astral Magic. An explosion of unparalleled power, this Magic combines telekinesis and raw destructive force. Anything that comes into contact with Astral Mastery is immediately drawn in, and upon detonation, causes the obliteration of countless cosmic structures, including omniverses and beyond. Additionally, its destructive capabilities surpass any form of standard immortality and immunity, erasing the very fabric of the target's creation, origin and existence.
Azure Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery with Power of Nexus, The Balance and Absolute Power. With this Magic, the user is capable of establishing total control and authority over code and souls, either able to rip or tear it apart, or delete, crash or overload it. The user can also generate a black hole that can distort entire cosmological structures, and absorb virtually anything the user desires.
Cosmic Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery and 7th Sense (Cosmoenergy). It operates similarly to Astral Mastery, being a power of absolute telekinetic force, capable of pulling anything in upon contact and then obliterating on an omniversal scale, erasing entire origins in the process.
- Sapphire Mastery: A further evolution to Cosmic Mastery, unleashed from fusing it with Absolute Prime Power and Quintessence. This Magic lets the user have complete control over cosmological forces, such as spatio-temporal energy, matter, anti-matter, dark matter and fundamental forces. With this Magic, the user can pick up entire multiverses if they so wished, or send entire cosmologies hurling like meteorites towards their foes.
Gamma Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery and Poison Magic. A perfect blend of both individual Magicks, it allows the user to infuse their telekinetic attacks with poisonous allure and fearsome visions, further tormenting their foes with toxins and nightmares. Contrasting its main form, Gamma Mastery's aura is a dark green.
God Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery and Divine Magic. This Magic allows the user to exert complete dominion over objects, entities, and even abstract concepts, regardless of their state of existence. With God Mastery, the user can suspend any target in spacetime, effectively immobilizing them and nullifying their powers or resistance. This ability also extends to manipulating time itself, freezing it entirely or rewinding its flow in localized areas.
Gold Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery and Wish Magic. As its name suggests, the user's aura now changes from blue to golden yellow. With this Magic, the user's telekinetic powers have been magnified exponentially, allowing them to grasp hold of even eldritch beings and even entire Outerverses. Additionally, they are able to absorb their desires and use it to further empower themselves.
Perfect Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery and Supreme Transmutation. This Magic allows the user to transmute not only the soul, but the body and concepts of their desired target. Potentially, the user can manipulate the very code of the world around them, and make the very concepts that exist in everything bound to their whims. This also grants the user a form of extrasensory perception.
Satanic Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery and Satanism. This Magic allows the user to not only control the souls of their opponents, but also invade their mind, causing their personality to mold and become the user's own, twisting them into mindless beasts that attack everything in sight. Additionally, this spell can also be used to swap bodies, where the hijacked body would then transform into the visage of the original one. Aside from that, the user can also passively manipulate fear.
Viral Mastery: A fusion between Blue Mastery with Necromancy and Time Magic. This Magic allows the user to completely freeze anyone in time and space, and also manipulate the dead, puppeteering them to do the user's bidding.
