This skips the EA/MAXIS intro videos and the Sims 4 intro images for all languages.
P.S. I've read that disabling the intro movies decreases your FPS (performance), but only if you've got like really high FPS - like over (100) FPS. I'm on a dinosaur GPU so my FPS never goes over (60) and the OG mod that this is based on never decreased my FPS, so... <BLOWS RASPBERRY> I dunno what to tell you other than intro movies or a lack thereof should not affect your in-game FPS. If this is really a thing, then... is just sad. πΉ

"Nein" is used as a direct response to a question, similar to how we use "no" in English.
We use "nicht" to express the negation of a verb or an adjective. In English, we'd use "donβt" or "isnβt/arenβt."
"Kein" or "keine" is used to negate a noun. The choice between "kein" and "keine" depends on the gender and number of your German noun.
