I got a lot of request to share this build with you all. 😁 This build was intended for my personal gameplay but given all of the request I wanted to share, but please note since this was for my own save file is uses A LOT of CC! I cannot upload all cc because of many creators TOU so assume I use all cc from collections mentioned below unless stated otherwise.
This public version of the build does not include all of the clutter/misc items I used because there was just way too much to link. I hope you understand.

do I also need the business and Hobby pack as well??
I know this is from last year, but I really loved this building and I download every single thing but when I was going to place the building it says the size is 999x999…and it doesn’t let me place it..
Why my sims can't enter inside the lot?

I literally downloaded everything in this list and im still missing 60% of the lot. Including the desks, couches etc.... im confused on what i need to do at this point. Really love the build tho

I am so sorry I am going to be annoying but after everyone you credited, could I ask if the style of your photos is an after effect or if it is a preset for reshade? It's very cool and artsy. <3
