My abject horror when you mentioned a guy who looked bad and then said it was Santiago Segura was inmmense. He is a quite famous old(ish) comedian in Spain. His movies are, well, really bad. His humor is very sarcastic and gross out, sometimes offensive in a ewww minorities way. Liked by 50/60 year olds and some 12 year olds alike. He also likes to work in kids movies, he does a lot of voice acting in animated kids movies (he's good at it!). I assume this is why he's in this movie? It would be very funny if you watched Torrente, a series of horrible horrible "parody" films of him in a fat suit playing a disgraced cop. The later ones do become more Bondish, i think?, trying to imitate the style, and probably have things to say about masculinity, but also they are atrocious, boring, unfunny and terribly offensive. Not only would a bunch of topical centrist Spaniard cuñado jokes fly over your heads, but also you'd have to watch it which uuuhhh I don't wish to inflict on you. The theoretical episode would be really funny, I think! But you wouldn't have a good time.

Love you guys, but now you know how cringe your Irish jokes are cuz they are a lot like how this film does the British 🤣

Keith Allen made some great telefilms with The Comic Strip in the 80s. Blew my mind that he was Lilly's dad when I foudn out.
