Game of the Month: Viewtiful Joe

Late, but here we are. Viewtiful Joe was the most voted option this month... at least until the paoint I had access to the data. Sadly, I've lost access to the account used to make the poll recently, so for the next month I'll need to make a new one (I'll add the new link to the end of the month report).

Viewtiful Joe was able to boot previously, and you could reach the first intro videos, but it always hanged exactly at the last frame before reaching the menus. After some time, the developer came up with a solution, that you can look at here https://github.com/jpd002/Play-/commit/2b3882eb2269c49c431993829f7db90c02b78d56 . With that improvement in place, we're now able to progress and I'll be able to test for regressions and improvements in unrelated games, with a chance of having more hits and nice surprises (as well as some regressions, but most of the time that's not the case).

For now I'll try to finish the game and I'll give more details at monthly report, stay tuned ;)
