More PANPC 2.1 Beta Test Footage!
Progress continues to be made. Right now I'm hoping to have 2.1 done and ready for public release by the start of August.
In the meantime, here's more footage of the latest beta testing. Decisions are made a lot faster in 2.1, the AIs are much better at evasive maneuvers, and they engage in effective cover management. I think you can see all of that at work in this footage.
At this point the beta covers most humanoid NPCs. Deathclaws, dogs, ferals, etc. are still to be done. But overall armed squad management seems to be getting pretty solid.
