APC Home Update 1.12 Released: BADTFL, Bug Fixes

Minor update to APC Home Update.

By request, I've added a new stop near BADTFL Regional. I've also fixed the Valenti and Kenmore/Fens metro stops (by making those marked locations) and fixed a glitch with the Wicked Shipping stop activation.

The Valenti/Kenmore map markers are new, so even if you have visited those locations before, you will need to do so again before the APC locations activate.

I am now currently working on PANPC 2.1 for Fallout 4, backporting as many of the PAST upgrades as possible and generally updating the whole system. I am hoping to have this released sometime this summer. Some of that will depend on what happens with the next gen update, but I'm not anticipating a huge headache there.

This APC Home update should work fine for FROST.
