📢 EvoForge – Terms of Use & Respect for Mod Creators
As EvoForge continues to grow, I'd like to clarify how the software is intended to be used.
EvoForge is a general-purpose modding tool for Assetto Corsa EVO. It allows users to edit cars, create tuning setups, and convert Assetto Corsa (2014) car mods into a format compatible with Assetto Corsa EVO.
❤️ Respect the work of mod creators
Car mods are creative works protected by copyright and belong to their respective authors.
Every time you convert a mod with EvoForge, you must confirm that:
You are the original author of the mod, or
You have obtained permission from the author to convert it.
This confirmation is required before every conversion.
🚫 Personal use only
Converted vehicles are intended for personal use only.
Redistributing, sharing, or selling converted mods without the explicit permission of the original author(s) may infringe their rights. Any such use is entirely the responsibility of the user.
🤝 Respect creators' decisions
Some mod creators explicitly do not allow their work to be converted.
EvoForge encourages all users to respect those decisions.
If you are a mod creator and would like your work to be excluded from EvoForge conversions, please contact me and I will make every reasonable effort to communicate and support your wishes.

But what if the copyright for a mod rests primarily on the car brand and badges? Then how can one claim rights to a given car model (mod) if the author first needs to defend their rights to the car brand and design from the owner. And only then can they demand anything, or rather, challenge their rights in this case... (Perhaps they acquired a license for a specific car model?)
I don't know what to say to you about that... I'm just providing a tool to help users enjoy Assetto Corsa Evo.
May be a stupid question is there a free version to try before committing to the monthly payments as would.like to.try and.see if its something I would.use and understand many thanks.
Yes you can find Free version in the publications (Free tag)
Because sitting the Car Driver outside the cokpit?
I would like to know if in case I would like to publish my personal conversion for example, I would like to insert my name in my mod, the correct name of the car brand with the aforementioned brand icon, obviously mentioning in the credits that the car was converted with EVOForge is it possible?
If it's your mod, there's no issue at all; you're free to do whatever you want, and if you don't wish to mention Evoforge, that's not a problem! Doing so would be greatly appreciated, but it's entirely up to you.
