๐ŸŒฟ A Little Arugula Harvest With Me โค๏ธ

It's another harvest day in the greenhouse, and today I'm cutting some of my hydroponic arugula. ๐ŸŒฑ

This stuff grows amazingly fast, and it's become one of those crops I really enjoy bringing to the farmers market. There's something about the flavor of hydroponically grown arugula that people seem to loveโ€”that fresh little peppery bite keeps bringing customers back for more.

I'll show you how I harvest mine using my big kitchen scissors, how quickly it grows, and give you a little look at what this crop is doing right now.

Of course, the greenhouse was warm today, I was dressed for it, and apparently harvesting arugula can be a little more fun than it sounds. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐ŸŒฟ

I had a pretty good crop waiting for me, my scissors were sharp, and I was having way too much fun for somebody who was supposed to be working. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Sometimes those simple little greenhouse jobs turn into the best part of my day.

So come hang out with me for a few minutes while I get this arugula harvested and ready to go. Hope you have as much fun watching as I did making this one. ๐Ÿ˜‰โค๏ธ

And don't wander too far... Saturday evening is our next Behind the Greenhouse Door night, and I've got something fun waiting for you. See you at 6 PM. ๐Ÿ˜‰
