🍓 Things Are Heating Up in the Strawberry Tunnel… ❤️
Well… I went into the strawberry tunnel to pick berries and give you a little update, but somewhere along the way things got a little warmer than I planned. 😉🍓
The strawberries have really been coming along beautifully, although this season hasn't been completely trouble-free. After the smoke from the Canadian wildfires moved through our area, I noticed some strange things happening with the blossoms. It reminded me a lot of what I saw happening with some of my tomato flowers, so I show you what I've been seeing and talk about what I think may have happened.
Then I get back to picking—and it doesn't take very long before that high tunnel starts getting HOT. 🥵
And when you're wearing overalls, sometimes there's a pretty simple solution to that problem. 😏❤️
I think you'll enjoy this little Saturday visit with me.
