A classic, budget-friendly New England-inspired equestrian facility in Willow Creek, designed with a slightly upscale countryside feel without losing that practical, lived-in character. I wanted this place to feel lived in and realistic: a little muddy after the rain, fences that have seen better days, dirt where dirt is supposed to be, and buildings that aren’t perfectly polished

• You may notice some familiar objects appearing across multiple builds. I often reuse favorite decorative pieces and functional items to maintain a consistent design style.

• Because of this, some duplicate custom content files may already exist in your Mods folder if you own my previous builds. Feel free to remove any duplicate files if necessary.
