Sanctum | Beach Club | Sulani
Sanctum is a refined beachfront retreat where contemporary luxury is softened by the surrounding tropical landscape. The architecture embraces its natural setting through warm timber, organic textures, lush palms, and open-air spaces that allow the ocean and greenery to become part of the experience.
Designed as an escape from the ordinary, the beach club blends understated elegance with the relaxed rhythm of coastal living. Guests can move effortlessly between shaded lounge areas, the pool, waterfront dining, and intimate interiors, with carefully curated spaces designed to feel both exclusive and effortlessly comfortable.
Disclaimer ❗
Loungers located in the water are not functional—decor only. I also recommend pushing the large rock more outward with TOOL, since I had to move it closer into the restaurant for it to show up on the lot for download.

Please Note:
• Some floors may not be fully furnished. This is intentional to avoid overcrowding spaces and to allow more flexibility for your own gameplay and storytelling.
• You may notice some familiar objects appearing across multiple builds. I often reuse favorite decorative pieces and functional items to maintain a consistent design style.
• Because of this, some duplicate custom content files may already exist in your Mods folder if you own my previous builds. Feel free to remove any duplicate files if necessary.
Thank you for your support and understanding. My goal is to create detailed, playable spaces that remain practical for both gameplay and performance.
