As part of the fundraiser we are holding for the trevor project I'm releasing my personal preset that I'd describe as an 'elevated' vanilla preset!
It's a bit moodier, the colors are more muted, the greens are more of a cyan than yellow, overall my goal was it to give the game more of a realistic look while still honoring the classic cartoony sims charm! :)

The preset drew a lot of inspiration from the arcadia preset by pearlean, simhatton by piixxa and miugren - would recommend checking them out!!

I'd recommend turning MXAOFFXIV off for gameplay
All of the pictures were taken with SRWE - thumbnail used Bloom and SmartDeNoise I usually just turn these on for Screenshots

I signed up for Patreon just to write this comment (using a translator). And oh my god. THANK YOU. For years, I couldn't find a beautiful preset that was both practical for gameplay and stunning for screenshots. But this... THIS IS BEAUTIFUL. Finally, after all these years, I can start using GShade with this wonderful preset. ❤️❤️❤️
whats the difference between deyset deylight file and the normal deyset file? should i install both? are they just 2 different shaders i could use between?
the og deyset has a deeper and higher contrast look that adds heavy shadows, but deylight is basically a "lite" version of it with less heavy shadows and less contrast. IMO both can be used for general gameplay, but deyset will have more UI bleed where the MXAO setting will cause the added shadows of sims/objects to "bleed" through the UI. i recommend downloading both to see what you like

I'm a new fan of yours and new to installing presets to my game, I really love all your videos on your Rockwell series and I've been binge watching them cause they are so fun to watch! :D But I currently am only able to use reshade and not gshade because i'm using my family shared computer for sims 4 and I don't think my family would appreciate if I download gshade with the past malware risk :( but I really want to be able to use your preset in my game because I will love to make my game look like it does in your videos! So I'm wondering if your preset would ever be able to be used for reshade too? Thank you so much Dey <3
sorry to butt in, but gshade shaders work in reshade too. might need to make some minor adjustments here and there tho

hey Dey, can I ask what the difference is between the relight & ultimate relight? also, are these the links for the relight for gshade? I'm having a hard time figuring out where to download relight for gshade.
You have to pay Pascal Gilcher on patreon once, the one with 9$ and then you join a discord where you can download relight & ultimate relight :)
