Sage Flats / Apartment Complex / Chestnut Ridge

A modern farmhouse-style apartment complex tucked right across from the main equestrian arena in Chestnut Ridge. Sage Flats was designed with the idea of being a convenient home-away-from-home for visiting equestrian athletes, competitors, and tourists coming into town for events.

I'm not sure if it's a new bug, but I was only able to assign 3 apartments instead of 4. Be aware that you might encounter the same issue.

• This build is very light on CC, so all of it is included in the download file. Huge thanks to our amazing CC creators!

Please Note:

• Some floors may not be fully furnished. This is intentional to avoid overcrowding spaces and to allow more flexibility for your own gameplay and storytelling.

• You may notice some familiar objects appearing across multiple builds. I often reuse favorite decorative pieces and functional items to maintain a consistent design style.

• Because of this, some duplicate custom content files may already exist in your Mods folder if you own my previous builds. Feel free to remove any duplicate files if necessary.
