Disclaimer: Because of the For Rent bug, all of my residental rental lots come on the gallery only as residential. You will need to convert them into residental rental yourselves, or if you prefer you can keep them as they are. Hope this bug will get fixed!
HOW TO DOWNLOAD
There are two possible ways:
Search on the gallery for thesimsideofluca and download the lot (remember to activate CC, else you will not be able to see it). You will still need to download CC.
Another way is downloading the tray files you find at the end of this document and placing them in your 'Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray' folder. You will now see them in your own library (remember to activate CC, else you will not be able to see it).
TERMS OF USE

Do not put behind a paywall. Do not convert this lot to blender and sell it as a scene.

The may 2018 link doesn't work for me. must've gotten removed by the creator
Hi! This is a beautiful build. I have all Berlin sets downloaded but none of mine have the doors or windows that you used and in the speed built video on youtube I can see that the exterior is from the Berlin set but I can't find those rounded Berlin doors anywhere. Do you know why? Thanks!!
Hi! Thank you so much ❤️ The Berlin set is complex because it has some sets that are called “month year”, I just looked it up and the Berlin doors (the white ones) are from a set called May 2018! I now added a link to the set, but I know sometimes the old sets do not appear, so in case you cannot download it, you can usually search on google for it and it will appear with simfileshare! Hope this helps 🫶🏻
This build won't work for me :( I've downloaded all the cc and everytime I load it in, either by the gallery or tray files, it removes all the CC or doesn't recognize me as having any of it. So sad
Damn I am so sorry this is happening to you! Does only the interior not show up? Because if that is the case it is because this build comes unfurnished! Else, if also the exterior doesn’t show up it might be caused by the For Rent Bugs that have been happening for the last few months 🥹
loveit！！！
Thank you so much!! 🫶🏻
