GREENPOINT HOUSE
Watch the TikTok HERE.
Permanently settle in the quaint, coastal town of Brindleton Bay at Greenpoint House, a shingle-styled home with historical charm and modern luxury. Greenpoint has luscious manicured gardens of freshly planted hydrangeas and a view of the Brindleton Bay River from the outdoor pool, making it a prime location for entertainment and scenic views.
Inside, natural light filters through the newly painted windows onto the warm, hardwood floors. Built originally in the 19th century and recently renovated, this one-story home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with a separate laundry room, study, walk-in closet & brand new appliances.

It doesn't make sense to download it. Even if you look for the CC, most of it is no longer available or has been blocked
next time can you put all the cc in one folder its so annoying and too much work to download all that lol
I can promise you it took me longer to build the build than it does to download all the CC, and I do not wish to break creators TOUs in the process. I hope you & others can come to a point of understanding that creating download folders isn't safe nor respectful to the cc creators🤍
question the RubyRed stuff cost money so do you need it for this or can you avoid getting it
I get my rubyred stuff and all paywalled things from the vault! If you search sims vault, there should be a Reddit post with a direct link to it! :)
