ESTATE Part 13 :)
Hello everyone :),
A new month means a new set — this time: the Laundry Room! :D
What inspired me is that whenever I watch period dramas or see grand houses, the service areas often have walls of glass to let in plenty of light for proper working conditions. So, I decided to create a set of doors and windows for all wall heights. These can partition different interior spaces, or you could even use them to build a conservatory if you like. The pieces can be used individually, but they also slot together seamlessly for a continuous look.
The kitchen is well covered, but one space many of you have asked about — and that I’ve never touched before — is the Laundry Room. I thought it would be a great idea to make it fit seamlessly with all the kitchen items I’ve already created.
Of course, I made both a washing machine and a dryer. Each comes as a functional version as well as a deco-only option, in case you don’t have the Laundry Pack. You can place them on their own, slot them into the Fridgenook from Part 11, or build them into the new counters I designed specifically for this set. You’ll also get a laundry basket in both functional and deco-only versions.
To make your laundry space feel extra lived-in, I’ve added two cabinets — one with a stored ironing board and one fully empty (which also works nicely as a pantry). I also created plenty of clutter pieces to fill them: washing powder, detergent, softener, spray soap, and an iron. On top of that, you’ll find a set-up ironing board and a basket of neatly folded laundry.
This Set is on Early Access and will be available for all in November
Once again, thank you so much for all your support. I hope you’ll enjoy using these items — and without spoiling too much, next month will bring a big change of scenery 🐎 :D
Lots of luv,
Felix xxx

I am absolutely obsessed with the pantry windows and doors. Have you considered making the windows without the lower sill finish?

I was just wondering if there was a set date for public release.
Oh ich möchte am liebsten sofort damit einrichten :-)
I'm I correct in assuming it will be available in the end of november?
You guys are so greedy... Can't y'all wait, it's not like you're paying or anything...
When will it be free? It says November but we are already 3 days in.
Love it so much wish was in my real home lol
link pls!!!!

Hey, I don't know if it's a me problem, but why is it that the deco cupboards that go around the dryer and washer have these weird shadows as soon as you put something next to it? Plus nothing placed correctly on top of the deco, which kinda makes them useless? I'm confused ... I'm trying to make a European style kitchen that has the washer in the kitchen. I tried with the microwave for example but it placed weirdly half in the counter, backwards and only in the middle of the two deco thingys around washer and dryer ... :(
Also the washer isn't functional when it's underneath the deco thing which is weird ...
Beautiful! And I want to mimic what the commenter before me said about the doors- thank you for those! I needed some additional options for doors to use for the sunroom of a home I have been building for a while now, and these are going to be perfect. Keep up the fabulous work ✨
I was looking closer at these doors and windows, and I've realized how incredibly versatile they are! While designed for a laundry, their classic style is perfect for creating cozy pub entrances, small bakery storefronts, or even tiny neighborhood libraries. Thank you for creating such adaptable elements. It's a builder's dream! 💚
That is precisely what I hope for when I design a set 💚 I'm thrilled you've seen the potential for versatility and I love the idea of using those elements for a cozy pub entrance, a bakery storefront, or a tiny library. Happy creating 😘
Have you tested these or any washer and dryer under these new counters you made? This is such a lovely set
of course ☺️ I test play all of my content
I'm having some issues with random things, the Colonial brick wallpaper says its broken, sometimes it shows up on random walls and most of the time its blue with a question mark. not sure if anyone else is having issues or if there is more broken cc.
me too
