ESTATE Part 14 WIP :)
Hello everyone π,
Iβve started work on the next iteration of the Estate Series. Last month I teased it with a single emoji, and many of you guessed correctly β this time Iβm focusing on the Stable block π΄.
The Sims team already gave us a great American version, but for the Estate Set we need the British stables π. My passion has always been with architectural elements and spaces, and a stable block has a few key features Iβd love to bring into the next set. Iβve begun with stone arches and doors and will work my way through from there.
In my little mock-up building I used the Pantry windows and doors, which actually look fantastic for an Orangerie πΏ. So Iβm wondering: should this stay as just the stables, or evolve into a whole series of outbuildings β maybe even with elements that make them feel like converted living spaces? π‘ These are only rough thoughts for now.
For the moment, Iβm concentrating on the stables β after all, your horses need a home too π
Once again, Iβm so grateful for all your engagement β¨
I truly hope youβll enjoy whatβs to come.
Lots of Luv,
Felix xx

You make art!
π¨π»βπ¨π And I love it ... and I love that you guys love it π
Yes !! we need all the foliage.
There is nothing quite like high-quality greenery to bring a build to life and make it feel like it's truly settled into the world πΉ So thank you dear - taking that note to heart βΊοΈ
Justβ¦. Wow
Awwww π₯°
Felix, what we do without you honestly π©!!
Aw, stop! That is such a sweet thing to say π ... and honestly, what would I do without all of you???
Love this
Thx Donna πΌ
Looks amazing.
thx Heksie π₯°
My jaw is on the floor! STUNNING π₯°
Exactly what I was aiming for π hope your horses will be happy
I am in awe and so very grateful for your creativity and generosity.
Awwww I truly love designing these pieces for all of you βΊοΈ
Yes please do other outbuildings My sims have never felt so good since you've brought the Estate collection to life π Thank you so much!
More outbuildings are definitely on the way π feelgood inc.
This wonderful. Not all stables are in the western US. So excited for the climbing roses!
I completely agree & aiming for something much more classic and European with this set πΉ
I wouldn't be surprised if there is a series out outside buildings because it is regency inspired. An Orangerie and other indoor greenhouses or a sun room would be sooo fun
Thanks for recognizing the inspiration and for the fantastic suggestions ππ
I am so looking forward to this! Love the idea of a series on outbuildings!
yaayyyy πβ¨ happy you are excited
I can not wait to use it in my build ππ
ππ¨π‘β¨
love it!!
π !!
I love this! Please make a collection of stables in the Galician style from Galicia (Spain).
Thank you for such an inspiring idea π I'll definitely be looking into the Galician style for future projects.
This is just what I've been looking for!
ππ΄β¨
I love so much this collection !! you are my favorite CC creator ! Can you please make an andalousian serie ? Could be amazing in Tartosa and nobody done it. A Sevilla style :) thanks alot
I am adding that to my list of big, exciting future ideas! Thank you for the wonderful suggestion and your amazing support π»
Looking good, I love this series you've worked so hard on it. Thank you so much.
Hearing that my hard work is paying off and appreciated is the best motivation - so thank you so much π

Estate Just keeps getting better.
Thank youuu π I'm working hard to make sure every new part adds something special to the collection π»
I am constantly amazed at your talent and generosity. Every set you do outshines the ones before! Thank you so much!
Awwwww π₯° Hearing that my work on the Estate collection is appreciated, and that you think the new sets are even better, really means the world to me πππ
Omg I'd LOVE an orangerie
An Orangerie π§‘ππΏ That is a brilliant idea - putting that one straight onto the ideas list !!
Cannot wait!!!!
β¨ππ
Beautiful! Canβt wait!
Glad you like it π
Please make a whole series of out buildings!! We direly need more classical architecture in the sims
Thx for the feedback πΈ I completely agree - TS4 could definitely use more classical architecture pieces.
I love this so much!!! Especially the cute handles on the door, such detail is amazing π I can't wait to have this in my game!!!!
I'm so happy you noticed the handles - it's those small touches that really make the cc feel special and detailed, right?!! π΄π
I have never commented on your or anybody posted for the matter. BUT MY GOD! You have a gift. ππ³
Keyana I'm so glad you love the pieces π₯° I feel truly honored that my work convinced you to leave your very first comment!! THANK YOU
Lovely work Felix!!!
Thank you Ariel π
One of the favourite places my family and I would go to when I was a child was Chatsworth House. Every time we went we would have lunch at the cafΓ© in the old stable block, (it had been converted into a gift shop, and a fancy restaurant, and a cafΓ© that did basic things like sandwiches.) It always felt very magical for some reason. When this part is done, I'm definitely going to start recreating Chatsworth House.
OMGGGG that is such a beautiful and cute memory π₯° Chatsworth House must be an incredible place, and I can totally understand why it felt magical π ... and I am sure your recreation is going to be an epic build for sure
This looks great
thank you π
"evolve into a whole series of outbuildings β maybe even with elements that make them feel like converted living spaces" -YYAASSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! Please.
it's EXCITINGGGG π₯³π₯³π₯³
Wow that's cool I have to think of a place for a horse castle
Whhaaaat?? A place for a horse castle! I am here for it π sounds so cool
I fear Felix pulled it out of the bag AGAIN!
def deep pockets πππ thank you so much dear
Estate is the best set ever!!π
"The best set ever" is seriously high praise buuut I take it πππ
I am unbelievably excited for this series π
Love your enthusiasm π And I'm putting a lot of love into it, so get ready β£οΈ
omg that's so great thank you so much
You're so welcome π
As a "horsey girl" this is everything! I'm so, so happy!! Other buildings would be nice but for now I'm just excited to see how this turns out!!
Thanks for the lovely comment π I'm focusing all my energy on making this particular part absolutely perfect and all the "horsey girls" out there happy π΄π
Yes!! It's about time we are getting something completely new. Thank you
Yesssss ππ΄ I completely agree !!
How exciting xx
πΌπ·π»
A stable this nice needs HermΓ¨s riding decor! π
Aha! You have excellent taste π© HermΓ¨s is just the BEST and so classy π
This is such exciting news! And the idea of a whole series of outbuildings with conversion potential is absolutely genius β¨
Yaaayyy I'm incredibly excited about the outbuildings series & I can't wait to share more! β¨
Oh my, outbuildings and converted spaces for sure!
πππ no doubt π
Evolve evolve..... we need it ALL!!! x I can't wait!!! x
Hahaha π I love the energy β£οΈ
Alright... let's go.
π READY
This looks amazing. For my historic save (1920-1930) I always struggle with the domestic garage buildings. Just and idea.
SING PRAISE!
π Hahaha Iove that! Thank you so much ππ
Outhouse series, orangery, converted living... This sounds wonderful π₯° Maybe you could fit columns in one of those. I would love to have columns like the ones on the portico to use for the more grand estates π I can't describe how much I love this build series. You always raise the bar β€οΈ
Thank you so much feedback and support π¦π I'm so happy that you love this build series so much!! And the columns are a fantastic idea - definitely added to the inspiration list for outbuilding series π
ORANGERY PLEASE π§‘π§‘π§‘𧑠Love the little equine detailing, super excited for this set as always!
π§‘ππ§‘ππ§‘π₯π§‘π¦
Oh I'm so excited!
yayyyy π₯³π₯³π₯³ same here
A stable! This is so exciting. I *love* the little horse detail on the door handles; that's too cute.
Thank you for noticing the door handles π΄π I always try to add those little custom details to make a set feel truly special. I think the little horses are pretty cute too π
Thank you so much for giving us what we want π₯²π₯Ή ditto the above comment about real-life equestrian building stables in the Sims constantly lol
You are so very welcome βΊοΈ It's quite a struggle to build truly beautiful, realistic stables in the game. That's exactly why I decided we needed a proper, detailed set π
I may cry. Because I haven't really seen any b/b that's maxis match and has the English or any European style for that matter
Nooo please don't π π That is exactly why I started the Estate series - I felt the game was truly missing that classic English or European style for historical builds, especially when you want the details to feel refined and realistic - but still Maxis Match.
As an equestrian in real life THANK YOU!!! All I do is build stables in the sims π«£
... so you know exactly what kind of detail a beautiful stable needs. I'm so thrilled I can give you what you need to finally build those dream barns in the game βΊοΈ
This is amazing, with that mod where we can leave cows and animals outside the fence it gets even cooler.
The WHAT now???
Beautiful stable doors, yes, my horses will love these!!!
Your Sim horses will be housed in style for sure ππ΄
This is going to be incredible π€© I will have to rebuild my estate π‘π
Sorry not sorry ππ π‘π
Love it π ! Can't wait!
ππ₯°π
I'm so excited to use this! Please make a build that uses the estate set! Thank you, Felix!
Thank youuu π₯° ... that is def a good idea π
I think Iβd die if you did a whole series of outbuildings. This entire set has been beyond my wildest dreams!!
Please don't die π I'll keep designing them so you can keep building and dreaming πΌ
A series would be SO good! Like a servants quarters in Georgian style maybe?
Love the suggestion π Thank you so much Matilda β£οΈ
Omg!! Weβre getting stables cc ππ
yeeeeesssss ππ΄
Love thisβ€οΈ
sending over much β€οΈ and thank you
