hi! i love all of your builds and i am using a lot of them in my forever save! i wanted to suggest a kids art center, a place where kids in the neighborhood can hangout, draw/paint, read and play. i haven't seen a build that fits my idea yet so i hope this can give you some inspiration and that you may take this into consideration :D tysm!!
