ESTATE Part 14 :)

Many of you probably guessed it already — especially after my WIP post! This month, I’ve started working on the Horse Stables. It’s quite a large topic, and since I want to capture every detail, I’ll be focusing on it for more than one month. For this first part, I’m starting with doors and archways.
My inspiration came from various British stables, particularly those in Georgian and Palladian style — elegant yet slightly simpler and sturdier than a manor house, while still maintaining a grand presence. I’ve created a series of single-story and double-story arches, which can be further customized with separate door wings.
The doors themselves are more refined than a simple barn door: featuring heavy metal hardware and horse-shaped handles for a touch of charm. You’ll find double doors in 3-tile and 2-tile versions, as well as a single-tile door. To complement them, there are matching windows, stone surrounds, and a small round window to complete the look.
To finish off this first part of the stables, I’ve added a functional frieze and foot trim, along with a series of climbing rose bushes to bring your stable walls to life.
This Set is on Early Access and will be available for everyone in December

hii, where I can find the wallpaper?
Hello! I absolutely adore this set and just finished by first build with it. During play testing I noticed that the horses won't go through the doors or the past the partition. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I found the solution! The room should be wider for the partitions and the doors are not 'mounted horse accessible' so you either need to place those doors which came with horse ranch. Or continue to use the lovely doors and your sim should just call the horse outside and then mount it instead of walking through the door mounted on the horse.

Hey! Amazing set! Unfortunatly I'm not able to find the horse door (with the bars and half open). I redownloaded this set a few times, but no luck. Are they in a special category?

Hey Jim, I'm truly sorry to hear that you're running into issues. I am a bit confused, though. Since you've never been a Patreon subscriber of mine, I wonder how you know about all of my older files and which ones are giving you trouble? Also, could you clarify what you mean by "broken" exactly? Does the content not appear in the catalog, does it crash your game, or does it show up as a giant red error message? Knowing the specifics will really help me understand if it's a game patch issue or something else entirely. Thanks for reaching out 💚

Hellooooo so have no idea if you've adressed this before but I've been having some issues with your wallpapers, where they show up as question marks instead of the actual wallpaper on some lots. I'm not sure why its doing this, and I've already made sure the files are only one folder deep in the mods folder, and tried to reinstall them but that didn't work either. Plz send help!

This is awesome! How do you build the bottom triangle gable trim on the gate house roof? It seems like you built a half wall and placed a roof on top of it (commonly known practice) - but how did you place the trim at the foot of the roof?

Just look at that little round window 🥹 It's pure charm! The whole part – from the horse handles to the stone surrounds – is just gorgeous. Felix, this is another masterpiece! With every new part of Estate, I find myself hoping it never ends. It's become the absolute cornerstone of my game. The thought of this collection being 'complete' one day is bittersweet...
