ESTATE Part 15 WIP :)
Hello again, :)
It’s time for the next update!
Last month I focused on the doors and archways, and this month continues the exterior theme. Many British stables feature a cupola, and I’m really happy with how mine turned out. I’ve also finally made a smaller dormer window — something I’ve wanted for ages — and started working on the stable windows.
These have a different design from the Georgian ones at the start of the Estate Collection. Some will even be stackable, so you can choose the scale you want to build in — from a charming cottage to a grand stable block. The windows are quite a big task, so I’ll focus on finishing those first and then see what else I can add this month.
Thank you for everything, and lots of love,
Felix xxx

I love your work, it’s really beautiful. I love it so much! The new version of windows is very good, so… I just wanted to say I’m cheering you on!
You literally have some the BEST CC out there! Thank you for all you do. Would you ever consider maybe doing a refresh of some of your older CC like the Trianon pack with some of the new textures and techniques you have been using with the newer CC?
I love it:DThank You
ohlala
regards from spain ,i love your cc,thanks v.m
Amazing work again!! The estate set is truly breathtaking!!! I wonder if you're planning on expanding the CHATEAU and PARIS set in the future?
Thank you so much Agauos 🥰 My focus is totally dedicated to finishing the grand Estate Collection at this point ... I really appreciate the enthusiasm, though! It's wonderful to know those older sets are still loved and used in your games.
Hi there! I absolutely ADORE your CC. It makes my gameplay SO gorgeous! This is not related to this post, but I am wondering if you will be updating your CC to support the latest game version? I currently use the Chateau part 3 and a bedroom set that I just cannot play without, but my game will not load with the current versions :( will there be updates on these? Thanks!
Hey Arizona Faison, thank you so much ☺️ I'm so glad my work keeps your game looking beautiful ❣️ I apologize that I can't give you a firm date for an update on those specific older pieces right now as my primary focus is dedicated to creating and releasing the remaining parts of the Estate Collection. Because of the sheer time commitment required for new content, I am not currently able to go back and update all of my older collections to ensure compatibility with every single latest game version. I would suggest trying a batch fix using a program like Sims 4 Studio. This tool has a function that can automatically update some CC files to work better with newer game patches, which might get your Chateau Part 3 and the bedroom set loading correctly again 🌸
The windows 😍
😍🥰😘
Loving every detail of this part. 💚 I'm sorry to ask this so late (and I'm so sorry I didn't mention it before, I know it might be too late now 😭), but would you ever consider making a slim version of these beautiful windows (it would be perfect for bay windows)? So excited for this! PS: I have to add that I'm currently obsessed with building Jacobian-style manors, and it feels like an incredible coincidence that you've created these perfect windows right now!
I'd like to second the request for slim windows to use in bays! The new windows will have so much versatility!
Gorgeous
🌟💎💖
Just like everything you make, it's so gorgeous! I have been loving using these items in my builds. So excited for stackable windows! I love the loveseat in this set, will you be making a matching sofa? Dreaming of making gorgeous drawing rooms with it lol
I'm so happy to hear that you are loving using these items in your builds - that's the best feedback a creator can get 🥰 Concerning the sofa - we will seeeeee 😉
can i just say i audibly gasped when i discovered the multi level tall arches! I couldn't figure out why i love this set so much but having grown up around Greenwich in London, lots of the buildings here have these lovely Georgian windows and ivy covered facades actually. And its so funny coz I realised the owners Devol went to the same uni as I did when I read their story, obsessed with their kitchens. anyway, random lore dump lol. I'm a musician/sound engineer and ive been discovering my 'artist voice' in isolation from everything else - so ty for this set i think its actually kept me sane lmfao. and i genuinely get excited to see the email when it comes thru! love ur work as always. TY TY :) x
Hey Joksie, thank you so much for that lovely comment 🥰 It is so cool that you grew up around Greenwich, London! That explains why the ESTATE collection resonate so strongly with you ☺️ And that detail about the Devol owners going to your university??WHAAAT a fantastic coincidence!? That's amazing! I am also obsessed with their kitchens ♡ And also thx for sharing your story. I am happy that my set has been able to bring you a bit of creative solace. all my best wishes 💚
OMG stackable windows I've been wanting stackable paned windows like these for ages!!! Now I can finally make the double ceiling height living room of my dreams
RIGHHHT?!!! They make such a dramatic difference in a grand build. 🐩 I can't wait to see the magnificent spaces you create with them 💚
I had a thought for a future estate installment maybe?!? What about a Christmas/Holiday decorations mini estate release or something? Would love to see luxurious Christmas decor maybe? Just an idea ❤️
While I haven't finalized the list for the next few releases, I am def adding this to the ideas list 💚 Thank you so much for the lovely suggestion 🦋
This looks soo good, can't wait!! Is the Estate Part 12 link public for everyone now? :)
Thx 🥰 Please check the post - should be out ♡💚
Is there any chance you can add the colour swatches from Part 14 to the earlier doors and windows? I am OBSESSED with the blues from P14 but want to match the earlier windows to it. Appreciate it so much - obsessed with this set!!!!
eyy thank you for the suggestion 🌸 The sheer amount of work required to re-texture and re-package all those older files is massive, and my current focus has to be on creating entirely new content for future releases. 🌞 I apologize that I can't grant that request right now! Thank you so much for your understanding and for enjoying the collection ❣️
OHH the copula makes me faint!
OHHH NOO 😂 happy you love it so much
Looks fab!!!!!
🎉💖🤩✨
Me encanta

I LOVE your work!!
THANK YOUUUU 🥰
I agree with all the comments, outstanding work again Felix <3
It's wonderful to know that you agree with all the compliments 😊 you guys are just adorable !!
I would looove to have Adventure Awaits 's bike and weights in the style of your fitness set for Estate 🤎
Thank you so much for the suggestion - I absolutely looove the thought of those practical objects getting the beautiful, sophisticated Estate treatment 💚
wow
🤩✨
This looks amazing Felix, I'm looking forward to the release! Thank you!
I'm so excited for the release, too and can't wait for you to finally have it in your game 😘
This is outstanding! I'm so excited for these. Would you consider making the weathervane functional like an Eco-Lifestyle windmill or solar panel? I think that would really kick it up a notch. Thanks again for sharing your creativity with all of us.
Thank you so much for your lovely words and for sharing your creativity 😍 It truly helps inspire the next level of detail & I ll keep that idea in mind.
They look great, the perfect finish for any English stately home. Thank you so much.
So happy to hear that! Thank you 😊

Beautiful. Love the idea of the clock. Brilliant!
The clock was a piece I was particularly excited about - I'm glad you love the idea 🌼
this is so cool! <3

This looks amazing! <3
thank you Marisa 💖
You're a magical being. You must be. The Estate Collection is one of the best. I need this beauty in my life right now. So excited by each new update.
You are too sweet ✨🌸🎀🧸🍓 Your excitement is what truly fuels my magic - thank you so much for that 😘
Felix, you really do great work. Thank you for everything you share with us. Marvelous CC.
That's such a kind thing to say ☺️ Thank you for the appreciation !!
Omggg!!! Love
OMG thank you 👑💎⚜️
Could you perhaps have a worn out swatch for the windows so the paint is faded or something please so that the buildings have an old world charm?
That is an absolutely wonderful idea for adding even more character 🥰 thx for the inspiration !!
Your talents know no bounds. Thank you so much for sharing them with us.
... and sharing these creations with a community as wonderful as you all is the best part of the entire process ❣️
I’m sure you’ve been told this… but you are a legend… a true treasure. Thank you
WAIT you guys are too much 😭😭💗 I am incredibly grateful for your warmth and your support - thank you 🌹
Love this set and find myself coming back to it every build, and always excited for the next part! 🖤🖤 I’m curious though, would you be working on one big Estate build once all parts are complete…?
It truly makes my day to know that the Estate set is your go-to for every build 😊 I am not 100% sure yet BUT please know that all the pieces are made to be perfectly flexible for you to create your own magnificent Estate 🌸
Everything looks wonderful and flawless🤩😍 I can’t wait🫣 But I noticed one thing for myself—there are no windows and doors for curved walls😔
I would LOVE some curved wall windows, too! I've been using the "Stonework Ornate" windows from Lovestruck for my turrets/curves, they work really well with the beige/yellow tones from Estate :)
Oh boy i am so excited for thissss
yayyyy 🦔 makes me even more eager to get this set finished and into your hands ❣️
