Studio Echo [ Music Studio & Offices ] || The Sims 4: Build
➽ Rheya's Notes:
● This build is currently saved as a Generic Lot, but it can easily be converted into a small business or lounge. I think it would work well with small business settings enabled and activities like Play Instrument and Watch Performances turned on to enhance gameplay.
● I designed this lot with storytelling in mind. It’s perfect for sim musicians and executives looking to grow in their music careers. The space includes offices, a performance area, and a recording studio all tailored to support a variety of music-focused activities and scenes!

➽CC List
I don't always use every item in a cc set, so you technically do not have to download every item I listed. I've added what item I specifically used from a set so you can easily swap it out with something you already have. If I don't specify an item on the list, assume that I used multiple items from that set. [Important: CC files are not included in the download!!]

do you have to build it or can the building be downloaded in
I downloaded everything but tray importer shows I'm missing 23 ccs :(
It might be the record store by Simmila because the link above was changed by the cc creator
