Octave Collection - Part 3
Happy May & Welcome to The Octave Collection - Part3!
I want to quickly say a huge thank you for all of the support I received last month, your kind words of support were much appreciated & I'm happy that that chapter has come to an end!
Now onto what you have all been waiting for...THE CUSTOM CONTENT!
This month I focused on the living space of our fictitious Parisian apartment and produced some of my favourite items yet. The 2 Channel Audio System (Stereo to you & me, but my dad made me give it the proper name) was this months labour of love. If you have watched my dream home speed build you might remember my dads utter disgust at the state of the stereos in the game & so this month I set to change that. I recreated his exact speakers, but took a little artist license when it came to the record players and amps housed underneath. My dad is a huge audiophile and has spent his entire lifetime building what he currently has today. The record player is actually older than I am! You will also be able to spot my dad's Simself in the promo images too! Oh and apologies for the steep price tag, I had to make it somewhat realistic, but I did make sure to increase all the fun levels to match!
As I am a glutton for punishment I also made a sectional sofa this month. I did this a little differently as they are individual pieces in the bb catalogue. This really wasn't a design that would ever have curved pieces, so I only made the pieces that actually made sense for the sofa design. I'm really happy with how it turned out, especially after spending a full day trying to work out how to mesh in the fabric seams! 😅

I am so very happy you made this set. My Dad also loves his HiFi equipment and he has that exact record player, slighly different set up though. I was amazed. He also plays Sims, i got him addicted years ago. Thank you
I absolutely adore this! Still hoping for a matching fridge, but otherwise I LOOOOOOVE Octave, such a versatile stylish set.
Your Dad isn't wrong, the audio equipment (I use the term loosely) in Sims is painful to look at. This is *chefs kiss* amazing as always lovely. Your Dad's Simself looks a bit of a catch too ;)
LOL! I won't tell him that it will go to his head 😂
Loved watching this come together. Truly fabulous.
Incredible set again! Make me wish i can have furniture like this
i am OBSESSED with the audio components -- your labor has paid off. I hope your dad is pleased with the result. I think it's GORGEOUS.
he did give me the nod of approval when I showed him the finished item. Its very close to the irl items, but still fits in well with the sims aesthetic
